  1. I have been working with a new Joyner shop in Mesa AZ. I went there and picked up axels, shocks, bearings, throttle cable. They have a complete line of parts and Machines. I have also ordered parts from them with great customer service. Appears to be a reliable contact for stock parts. The address is 8743 Pecos RD unit 123 Mesa AZ 85212. PHONE 480-882-9612, FAX 480-888-1005. Operations manager Kris Abel phone 480-238-9015
  2. The photo in the snow was 4 days ago, the other is last sept elk hunt.
  3. Im in western colorado. I will try to post some pics.
  4. I have 4800 miles on my T2 with no major issues. Turbo installed at 120 miles on machine. Plan on port matching and maybe new cams.
  5. I have about 17 inchs of ground clearence with my shock set up. I have been in as much as 24 inches of snow so far this year and the T2 just keeps goin. I have a full cab and windshield which is nice due to the -0 weather I am hunting in. The only issue i have is I have to carry a squee gee to clean off the wind shield as the snow goes over the top of the T2 when it is that deep. Having the turbo is nice as well as I dont have to shift as much. When the engine starts to pull down I just give more gas, when the turbo spools up the T2 comes alive and plows through. I have got it buried in deep drifts which I had to take a couple runs at to get through. I carry a 6 gallon gas can in a rack on the front because driving in snow like that all day eats the fuel. I have owned a Rhino and a Prowler. The Rhino wasn't even close to what I needed. The Prowler was better but even after a lift and pumping up the motor it couldn't come close to going where the T2 can go. I will admit I had to work out some issues with my T2 also. I put knew rear diff, new shocks, built a sterring kit I can grease, new ball joints, new intake housing which contains two air filters I use in my Ford Power Stroke, raised the shock mounts two inches and changed the shock angle which gives me 12 inchs wheel travel and 17 inchs ride height but also allows me to run the springs a bit soft which keeps the tires on the ground more. The next things will be a heater like Lenny has and perhaps a self parking wind shield wiper. I
  6. I did some of what Lenny has but I also used a spray in foam sealer for the cracks and open spaces under the dask and in the floor. My T2 has a full cab enclosure with jeep style zip up windows. Finding and sealing al the open spaces keeps all of the dust out of the cab, now I just need to install a heater due to the -5 degree weather I have been hunting in.
  7. Jeff I have 4 stock shocks and two rear axels from a T2 if any one is needing them.
  8. LowGear contact me at 970-986-0268 we can get them to you.
  9. Lenny I did get the over boost problem fixed with a boost regulator, now it stops at about 8 psi but it will still try to over heat if I run fast for a while. As for stting a bad example thats is the way we have to roll. LOL
  10. Thanks for the info gentelmen, I will be tearing into it today, hope it is fixable. I haven't tried new shocks but I will looking now. Was the Fox shock the 8.5. I have about 3500 miles on it now and I had hoped I had all the problems fixed other then it still wants to get warm if I run it down the road over 4000 rpm for awhile. Starting to think I may look at the Wild Cat if my Trooper is going to have issues. This is the second time I have had to limp it back and the Trooper doesnt operate real well in just front wheel drive. I will post what I find and Thanks again for the help. Robert.
  11. Please excuse the typo's in my last, I'm in my car, is that legal?
  12. Yes I'm an't dead yet, soory I didn't see you message. I have the injectors I bought from Lenny, I was trying them but I guess I couldn't get the fuel pressue right because the engine would start with them in. If you are still intrested let me know I'll sell them for 80.00 although Lenny charged me 500.00. LOL
  13. Has anyone had problems with axles other then pulling apart? I was just pulling my trooper off of the road to park when I heard a loud bang and then no drive train. I checked the rear axles as that was were the sound came from and I found the left axle would just spin inside the cup. I had to drive the 25 miles back in front wheel drive as I had no rear wheel due to the spinning axle. I haven't had a chance to tear it down What happened anyone?
  14. I had the same problem so I eliminated the "cat converter" and both oxigen sensors, seems to have fixed it. Keep in mind I also have a Turbo.
