  1. Not easy to change. Had to get the shaft in a good position. Most wrenches would not be able to get the right angle on the zerk. By using a combination of wrench and needle nose pliers was able to get it loose enough to take out with fingers. Worst part is I had the different zerks in several times before I knew the one I had would not work. Finally gave up on those and researched where to find a zerk in between 45 & 90 degree and found the 67 degree, it makes getting the grease gun on the zerk a straight shot.
  2. The size for these zerks are 8M X 1M Thread. McMaster Car is one place McMaster-Carr 67 degree 8M x 1M Grease Zerk.pdfMcMaster-Carr 67 degree 8M x 1M Grease Zerk.pdf to get them . About $1.23 each or so plus shipping. Not sure what the cost would be to your area,
  3. I tried changing the 45 degree fitting with a different 45 degree fitting. No go. Tried a 90 degree, still wouldn't work. So I thought if 90 degree was too much and 45 degree was no enough, I found 67 degree fitting. Worked perfect with a regular grease gun.
