Recently went pt look at a razor for sale. The seller had just washed it,and it started and ran ok,till I took it for a test drive. It quit after about 1/2 mile. Towed it back, can’t get it to restart. Well a friend of mine has the same machine and he said when he washes his it runs crappy till it’s dried out. Then it’s fine no matter if he is out muddying and getting it wet any old time. Wondering if anyone else has this issue with them?

Just purchased this XP and for the life of me I can’t figure out how to take this windshield of without a total dismantling of it. Anybody have this one? Is there an easy way to take it out for hot days? Thanks in advance!

Its maker has affectionately dubbed it Teslaris, for obvious reasons. The Polaris RZR RS1 UTV has a one-liter, two-cylinder engine that from the factory has around 100 horsepower, making the 1,383-pound (627-kilogram) UTV very quick. But there’s always room for more power in one of these vehicles, and instead of fettling with its engine, one dune vehicle aficionado decided to swap in the rear drive motor out of a Tesla Model 3 / Model Y. We don’t know how many of the battery modules the put in the vehicle, but it doesn’t appear to be much heavier than stock and it goes up sand dunes with remarkable ease. Depending on which version of Model 3 was the motor donor, the drive unit could have either 261 or 325 horsepower, as long as the battery pack can supply enough wattage and voltage. Judging by how easily it flies up the steep sand dune, almost lifting the front wheels off the ground under harder acceleration, it’s safe to say it looks like a real hoot. The steep grade you see it tackling in the video uploaded by the electric UTV’s creator, Ron Cobbley, is located in the St. Anthony, Idaho sand dunes. We found more videos on vehicle’s official Instagram account and aside from how interesting it is to see an electric powertrain in an application like this (and how it changes the vehicle), we also noticed that you really hear the tires on the sand more. Usually, this sound is drowned out by the engine. The sound’s tone and pitch probably change with speed, giving the driver audible information to help him or her gauge their speed. You don’t really get this in a road-going EV driven on tarmac, which is why it’s trickier to drive an EV quickly - specifically because you have no way of knowing how fast you’re going just by ear. I'm in the market for a new sxs. Looking at the rzr pro sport or the x3 xds or xrs. I've had an xrs before and loved it. Smoothest riding machine I've been on. I'm curious everyone's thoughts. Has anyone ridden both? What did you think? How smooth of a ride is the sport pro compared? I think both have enough power to get me anywhere I need to go. I mostly do trail, dessert, dune, and some rock riding.

Hey guys new to the forum! Upgraded my old 800 to a 900s and decided to part out my 800. Have a few items laying in the garage and didn’t know if they could get someone back on the trail!!!! I have.. Good transmission good rear end and good secondary clutch all parts came from a 2011 rzr 800 with 1800 miles. Have pics of odometer and video of it running .thanks for looking

I have a 2019 RZR Turbo S 4, and have been loving it since I bought it in May. Now, I am beginning to wonder how well it will hold up under hard driving over the long term. I would describe my driving style as aggressive, but always with the cost of repairs in the back of my mind. I live in Utah, so I love hitting the Little Sahara dunes and rock crawling in Moab. I have put about 500 miles total on it, and just blew my first belt which had about 300 miles on it. This happened just as I got to the top of Sand Mt. in my stock vehicle. I'm looking for any recommendations (maintenance or upgrades) for drive train and suspension that will make my vehicle more reliable and reduce long term repair/replacement costs. Are belt temp gauges worth it? How are other owners doing with belt life? OEM vs. aftermarket belts? Anyone had to deal with rebuilding the Fox Live Valve Dynamix shocks yet? I hate to think about how much that might cost! I've got a week in Moab planned for the end of September and want to make sure I can hit some of the classics without worrying (too much) about breaking anything. Any info is appreciated-
