I generally use my challenger for light duty misc. use, and for plowing. The one thing I dislike about this machine is the difficulty in shifting. I've had it the shop and they adjusted the shifting lever, but I still have issues. Some times it shifts ok, but the problem is it is hard to get it to move the lever from high to reverse or low to high or from any gear to the other. Seems I always have to accelerate a little to get it to engage to what gear I need it to go to. This is definitely not normal.

I have two of these models (Hisun) and both have the same issue. It started out low power and then one got so bad it would not start. The local Cub dealer did not have a scan tool to check so after I exhausted all the possibilities I could think of I took it to a local small engine shop who worked on ATVs. After 2 months and $1600 later we got it back and it was running great. They pretty much replaced everything fuel related, fuel pump, spark plug, fuel injector, intake boots, throttle body, TPS and did an oil change. I ordered everything on the list for the other unit as all these things are pretty easy to replace. Before all those parts came in the first unit began to lose power little by little again. I went by the shop and asked the tech for more info on what they found and he said the fuel pressure was about 60psi and should be 40psi and that was causing and over fueling issue. When I told him about what had happened he thought it may be another fuel pump. I also asked if they had adjusted the valves and they had so I rechecked the valves and they are good. After searching the web I tried to relearn the TPS with instructions I found pertaining to a Massimo 500. Well it started to idle better and also seemed to not pop back through the intake like it was doing but only up to about 60% throttle. After that it bogs down and runs like crap. Tried the procedure on the other unit and now have the same result. What am I missing and/or doing wrong? Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

When I’m reverse and under power like if backing up a steep hill, it hesitates like fuel is intermittently spitting gas, goes in and out and has no power. It must be a fuel problem? What would cause it to pulse fuel in reverse only ?

I have a 2015 cub cadet challenger, which is the same as the 700 hisun. I had a critter make a nest on top of the engine and eat about 6 inches worth of wiring. the sensors involed are the two coolant sensors and the injector wires. I need help identifing these specific delphi connectors so that i can try to purchase connectors with pig tails.

I installed the 2019 exhaust upgrade yesterday. Overall went very well, but my rear driveshaft / u_joints are extremely hot. Is there some sort of heat shield that should be added. TIA for any input

After turning 2 batteries to water over last winter, I found that my digital dash display is staying on with the key removed. I was originally thinking the issue originated from the ignition cylinder but I'm now thinking its the ECU controller box under the hood. One of the unserviceable relays is making a weird sound when I remove the key. I have both batteries up to full charge and discovered the display issue last week when I saw the lights on in the dark.. Do any of you have any input on this issue? Ignition or controller.. Any help before just ordering parts would be helpful The controller is $140 not sure on the ignition.. Thanks in advance..

Hello everyone. I purchased a 2017 Challenger 750 eps Crew with 400 miles and find the exhaust noise is awful. I saw in another post chatter about a 2019 exhaust upgrade? Anyone have info on this? I also would like to know the typical RPMs for speed. I am running 4k at 20mph in hi range and it seems like it does not have the power I expected. So far I have added a custom mount rear winch, soft rear window and upgraded LED headligjt bulbs. I am looking for any other upgrades people have done.
