I have a 2014 Massimo HS 500 that has the Headlight/turn signal kit installed. When operating the turn signals the light up but do not blink, the hazards do the same. I cannot locate the flasher. Any help appreciated!

My starter turns over (spins) but does not crank the engine over. I see the engine has a one way starter bearing similar to the one way clutch bearing. I believe my one way starter bearing needs replaced. Does anyone have instructions (Steps) on how to replace the one way starter bearing on a HiSUN HS500? Thank you, Kirk

I have replaced the ignition coil, spark plug, injector, fuel filter, map sensor, iac sensor, checked fuel pump and it still acts like it wants to cut out when my revs are over 3100 rpms. the problem is intermittent but happens frequently and i dont want to leave my hisun at a dealer 100 miles away and wait months. It never stalls but it idles rough and sometimes when its real bad i cant go over 10 mph. yes i fasten seat belts

2018 (Hisun) Coleman UT500 UTV I need to replace the oil seal where the front driveshaft attaches to the engine. How the heck do i access the nut that holds the yolk on to the engine shaft?

Good afternoon. I have a 2010 hisun HS500utv. The vehicle had an oil leak in the rear drive shaft in the connection to the engine. After disassembly the problem was not the retainer but a small star-shaped seal that was tightned with a nut between the washer and the flange. I don't know if the seal is part of the washer (if it's glued) because I can't find the reference for this seal in any catalogue. If anyone can help me I'll be forever grateful. Attached photos. Best Regards, João Ferreira.

I have a new hs500 that will not spin the tired in reverse, I've heard that there is a reverse limiter, is there a way to disable it?

I purchased a 2015 Hisun HS500 UTV used, and the only thing wrong with it is the fuel gauge does not work. When the fuel pump is in the tank, the gauge always reads empty. When I remove the fuel pump from the tank and manually move the float, the gauge works as it should. When the fuel pump is in the tank, it sounds like the float is hitting something in the tank. I checked the tank and there seems to be no obstructions in the tank. I figured the float arm was too long so I cut 1" off the length of the rod and reconfigured the float. I put it back in and the same thing happens: the gauge shows "empty". I have made sure the fuel pump is in the proper direction with the inlets pointing toward the driver side and the electrical connection is pointing toward the front of the vehicle. We don't have a Hisun dealer locally and all the dealers away from here, including the plant in Texas, have no suggestions other than what I've tried. Please help.

New Owner here. Working on adding some new lighting and want to use Factory Electrical connectors instead of cutting wires and risking failures later. I have a set of whip antenna that include taillight functions and wanted to use the trailer plug at the back of the utv provide signal and power. Unfortunately, finding the factory plugs for trailer wiring is a bit difficult. Are there any sources available on here for ordering such parts? I know that there are a lot of plugs unused and capped with terminators so they are prepared for accessories just finding them is another story.
