Want to add a Snow Plow. Vehicle has been lifted 2". Does the bracket need to accommodate that extra lift to keep the plowing geometry correct? Denali, Switchblade, KPI, Poly v Steel? Any recommendations.

Been using our beloved 2005 Polaris Sportsman 500 HO for many years to get us around with tools, feed, and other farm work. Each winter it has plowed us out of just about anything north central WA winters have thrown at us. Problem is I'm going to be 70 this year and riding around in the open with temps in the teens and plowing 4,000 of gravel driveway is getting tougher. So we are looking for a strictly utilitarian UTV. No trail riding, no need for beverage cups, no bluetooth speaker systems, not a diesel and not electric Just a good solid vehicle with a full cab, something that I can hook a snow plow system to that will handle up to 8 to 12" of snow once every few years but mostly 4 to 6" at a time. Probably my last buy and I'd like something reliable with some longevity, not too hard to find parts for and that I can do a fair amount of the work on. Does such a piece of equipment that meets those requirements even exist anymore and if so I'd appreciate some recommendations. Thanks

I have a brand new 800-5 that came with a 60 inch snow plow but no instructions. I did find some on line but am not sure how to attach the plate to the underside.

I have an American Landmaster LM500 with an old style snow plow hook-up. Unfortunately, the mounting bracket broke & I lost the key part where the plow receiver connects to the cross bar with two pins. I checked with customer service & they said... I believe they are sold as a kit though and they are not cheap, part # 15329. I’ve included a photo below since the web store does not have a photo for that part. https://americanlandmaster.com/search/results?keywords=15329 I checked with our parts department and neither the kit or the components are available as that was the older style hook up system. The only option at this point would to have something manufactured. All of our current plows are either dual actuated or winch hookup so we would only have components for those models as of currently. In the picture, below, it would be item #5 (the one with the two mounting brackets that hold the pins that the plow mount latches onto) - not the top one in the picture, but the one below t hat. I have all the other parts - but the missing part is critical to mounting the plow. Does anyone happen to have an old one they could part with - or have an alternative solution? The rig wasn't optimal, as you had to use the winch to raise & lower the blade & manually adjust the angle. It kept falling off when I was plowing snow - as the pins that hold it in only have a groove for a pin clip & they would often get knocked off & then the plow would hang down & you'd loose the pin - then it would get all messed up. Thanks in advance for any advice. I am thinking of going to a welding shop to see if they can create something - but it will still have the same limitations as before - the pins are highly specific and not cheap 15331 Pin, Shear Univ Mount Blade PART #: 15331

I have the two halves of the Moose V blade but did not buy the push kit because I am going to mount it to a front receiver on my Polaris 900. I am hoping to find someone that has mounted one of these utility the plows by Moose on the Polaris 900 that would send me pictures of how the blade mounts to the front receiver. I have ideas but pictures of the mounting system would be helpful. I have 12 volt actuator that I use for lift and can add actuators to angle each side of the blade.
