Hello, Background: Bought a used 2012 700, added 2 small LED lights, wiring for a sprayer and changed front CV axles. Had no electrical issues until recently. The old battery stopped charging so we got a new one, Rhino still wouldn't charge it. -Started next day, drove 15-20min, then out of nowhere the check engine light came on and temp too. 4WD started to automatically engage and disengage repeatedly. Charging display started jumping all around between 11 to 13 to 15v. -Relays, fuses, and battery connections seemed good. -Continuity on rectifier would jump btwn OL and 00.0 -Rectifier wires from stator all read 20-21v at idle -Rectifier diode test had 1 bad reading. So, I replaced it with a new one (but still using original plugs) Started it up, still shows no change (12.1v idle, 12.8 with some RPM) Also, I feel like now I maybe also smell burning plastic? Does anyone have experience with this problem or have a recommendation of where to go next?

Hi. Ive been searching for a wiring diagram, hopefully with photos, part #s so I can try to repair damage from rats eating wiring over the winter on the M550 cub cadet UTV. (sigh). haven't had any luck. i have a plug with dangling wires from under seat, next to battery compartment and hope to take to dealers to see if he can order replacement and hopefully it comes with long enough wires that i can splice back into remaining wires. not going to be easy. I'm not sure if there is any more damage, but would have to disassemble to get to bare chassis. sigh. not sure I can do all that, but just trying to find a diagram with photos. no luck. any ideas. thank you.

I bought a used 1140CPX at an auction. It was listed a INOP and when it arrived it was. It runs like a top now and I’m trying to correct the next thing on the list: Lights. Somewhere along the line, the headlight switch wiring connector was snipped off. I only have a wire bundle leading to the hole where the headlight switch should be. I bought a new switch and plan to just solder the wires in permanent. The question for the forum: Can someone take a photo of what color wire goes to which pin? I think that will be much quicker than finding the ground and then figuring out which is which. If I know what to solder to where I’ll be able to drive at night again. One last question, what is the best way to add an LED light bar to the front and back and wire it in? Thanks for the help, Ryan

I need help identifing these specific delphi connectors so that i can try to purchase connectors with pig tails.

Hi, New member from South Louisiana. I have an American Sportsman UTV with a Subaru/Robin EH65 twin cylinder 2 barrel carburetor. I had starter trouble (solenoid) and allowed my grandson to pull engine in order to change it. You cannot pull engine shroud with the engine in machine and cannot remove starter without removing shroud. Kid is great mechanic but lacks experience. Putting engine back in and he realizes he didn't mark wire locations. I have schematics but colors don't match what I have. Anyone out there that can help me wire this engine back up?
