Okay working on a neighbors 550 outfitter , pulling a trouble code E-200 , NOT IN MANUAL  and even the Mfg. cannot answer this question , figured it had something to do with timing due to timing chain being really loose and jumping gears , so pulled apart new timing chain and oil pump chain alligned timing marks . and piston wasn't in BTDC position, and with the keyways alligned did what manual said , so after pulling apart and installing all new IAT sensor , coil, and cleaning throttle body , pulling these codes 200,113, 351 , then I find out this machine was at a coleman dealership for 7 weeks and they just gave up , I can't do that , so if anyone out there can tell me what the hell a E-200 trouble code is will greatly appreciate it !!

Thanks but think I found the critter , the cam pressure relief spring had broken had to remove the head again to make sure nothing got crushed , but found everything installed new spring put back together , but made sure that the timing marks were where they were supposed to be , adjusted valve springs and it started right up, ran for a few seconds and I believe some garbage got into the fuel system , but thats for tomorrow problem solving !! ROFL thank's for sharing

Was at Lowe's over the weekend. The wife and I seen they have a new Axis 550. That thing is sharp. Has a complete door. Speakers in door. Bigger engine. Bench seats. New styling all the way around. Looks to be more air tight than my 2022 model. I really like the looks but $10k is out of my price range for now. Unless I could sell mine. And the resale on the Axis 500 is nothing.
Went to the local wally world today. See a 4 person Polaris General 1000 on the back of a trailer. That Polaris looked exactly like a stretched version of the Axis 550. Even down to the vents in the windshield.
Just wondering if anyone can confirm or deny the Axis 550 is a copy of the Polaris?

I have a 2019 coleman 550 outfitter and need help finding out where a wire goes. I put a new starter in and to do that you need to tear half of the inside out! When putting everything back together there’s an extra wire that I can’t find out where it goes. I took pictures of everything before I took it apart and this wire is the only one that blends in with everything around it. Also the new starter doesn’t engage the bendix im assuming it has something to do with the wire?

      Hey everyone,
I recently purchased a CFmoto ATV and I'm looking to add some accessories to enhance its performance and usability.
I'm curious about what you all consider essential add-ons for a CFmoto.
Specifically, I'm interested in accessories that improve comfort, storage, and overall ride experience.
Are there any brands or products that you’ve found to work particularly well with CFmoto models?
Any tips on where to get the best deals would also be appreciated. Looking forward to your suggestions and advice!

I've never seen the temperature go high on this thing. the fan runs almost all the time even though the sensor is  reading at the very bottom of it's range. ive taken the cylinder head off.  (nothing definitive but maybe a little fuel on top of piston with oil in it.i don't think this has anything to do with my problem )head gasket is 3 layers deep and I noticed some grit that might have been in between layers but nothing to say the head gasket wasn't intact.  black carbon build up on piston. I've looked all over the head for cracks from over heating. I'm about to look again for hairline cracks that are extremely difficult to see. my buddy helping me said to order rings in case they are letting oil pass thru he also said get a new head gasket.. I'm looking at water in oil first and I'm not ordering rings. I haven't checked the oil cooler to see if it's defective yet.  I'm just hoping someone had a similar problem. my only problem so far has been having to change the spark plug every 100 miles with 93 octane run thru it.
