It's not abnormal. The winch uses a lot of power, the charging light indicates battery voltage is low to tell you the battery isn't charging at that moment.

I'm not sure what voltage the light turns on at, but typically you should have 12.5-12.8V not running, and if the charging circuit is running right 14-15V. Below that the light will come on. As you use a lot of power the voltage will drop, triggering the light.

You may find your battery is near the end of its life cycle. If you don't run the machine at least weekly I highly recommend a battery tender to get a reasonable life out of the battery, and make sure it starts when you need it. All of my infrequently used "toys" have battery tenders.

I want to put a charger/maintainer for my Coleman UT400 for the winter and need to know if it uses a 6v or 12v battery.
One search online showed a 6v, but another stated 12v..
I can look at the battery, but after taking the seat out you cannot see the top of the battery without also removing the top plate under the seat and at 8 degrees outside, I'd rather not be out there too long.
Can anyone verify what volt (6 or 12) the batter is?
      Thanks in advance ...

Best way to reset the computer?  Can I just disconnect the battery for a few or do I need to do something else?

I have a Coleman UTV 400 and looking for something to store it in.  Preferably something vinyl or plastic with its own base that can stand alone outside and house the UTV.  I think the dimensions of the UT400 are around 106" long 52" wide and 74" tall.
What should I consider that won't break the bank?

We have a 2018 Cub Cadet Challenger 400 and I found this Internally Threaded Bolt with a 10mm head size laying in the floor of the shop bay here on our ranch where we park the Cub Cadet.
Trying to figure out where it belongs...
