Ive searched and cannot find any performance parts that fit my machine.

I have a 2020 coleman ut400.

Im looking for machined sheave kit, programmers, cdi, exhaust and intake.

I know these are yamaha rhino clones but are they rhino 450 clones?

Any info is appreciated.

JMHO, but I think you bought the wrong machine if you are looking to hop something up. Whatever you could do wouldn’t overcome the fact that you have a single speed un changeable gearing in a 1100 lb platform powered by a little “400” engine. Most owners focus on noise reduction and trying to make it more comfortable.

I got the machine basically for free with a blown engine. I rebuilt the engine, replaced crank, cylinder, piston and timing chain. It runs good and has a top speed of alittle over 40. It seems to me that the engine is a clone of a kodiak 450 efi, so i figured parts for them should work. I know it will never be fast being a 400 but wanted to get alittle more pulling power out of it.

Im going to start with a machined sheave and secondary spring kit from jbs.

Then will get a slip on exhaust and hmf fuel programmer.

Kn intake and see how that goes.

Will keep u guys updated.

Let us know if you find parts that fit. I believe it's a rhino 450 clone, but not sure if engine parts are swappable,, AND I've yet to read any definitive reports of anything swappable.

The engine tune is adjustable via HUD ECU hacker software, which is free. Just need about $25 in cabling and the time and knowledge to play with the fuel mapping.

Here's my explanation on how to get HUD ECU hacker working on these rigs and what you need

That having been said its a 400 so you wont likely squeeze much more out of the engine.

Good to hear. There are a few parts that seem to be problematic, like the timing chain, on these motors. I figured if I ever need to cross that bridge I would try and see if the Yamaha timing chain would fit as a more reliable replacement.

You may want to use your cell phone GPS app to clock your speed and compare it to the speedo in the UT400.  I did this and it's almost 10 mph off.  Speedo read 42 mph and the GPS was 33 mph.  I really don't think they're very accurate.

I have a Coleman UTV 400 and looking for something to store it in.  Preferably something vinyl or plastic with its own base that can stand alone outside and house the UTV.  I think the dimensions of the UT400 are around 106" long 52" wide and 74" tall.
What should I consider that won't break the bank?

I've got a 2023 UT400 (bought from tractor supply) and I've been beating my head against a wall with it.
It will start and idle perfectly. The second I touch the throttle it sputters and dies.
I've checked that the fuel pump is working  (it is).
I've replaced the injector, throttle position sensor, O2 sensor, and intake air sensor. All with no change.

I've just taken a look a the schematic, and there is a crank position sensor as well.

Could this be the source of my troubles? If so, where is this thing located? I can't seem to find it on any drawings from the parts suppliers.

My buddy has a ut400 that the forward gear keeps popping out of gear. She only has like 400 miles on the odometer .the shift cable has been adjusted and the shift lever has been updated / modified. All other gears are good. Is there an internal detent cam or something that wears out or shift fork that can be replaced ? Or is there some other magic that I can perform ? Looks like the engine needs to be split.
