Qlink Frontrunner 700

I bought this qlink 700 frontrunner from my father in law.  Went through a horrible divorce where my ex kept all my personal belongings and refused to return them.  Finally got a court order and she was ordered to return my items including the utv.  Utv sat for 3 years. I finally got it to crank but nothing electrical is working (fuel pump, instrument cluster, lights, horn etc...)  all the fuses are good, possibly a relay???  Where can I get an owners manual, parts diagram etc.?   I have no clue what year it is.

      What UTV should I buy?

      So I'm interested in a side by side of some sort.
      Not sure what make/model to even look at.
       
      I would plan on riding on trails with very rough rocky terrain and plenty of mud. Maybe sand once in a long while. I like LOTS of power and drive fast, but also like a trail that is a challenge to get through. I think 4x4 would be a must. I like the idea of a supercharged engine, but I have never owned one, and would be a little concerned about long term reliability or expensive difficult engine repairs. If anyone knows quads, my favorite was the 2008 Polaris Outlaw 525 IRS. For dirt bikes, I raced a 2008 KTM 450 SX-F. So that gives you an idea of what type of off road stuff I liked.
      I don't like "utility quads" or "trail bikes". And likewise, I dont want a turd UTV. I want something that looks awesome and performs awesome. 2 seater with some cargo capacity at the minimum.

      Code Reader for Delphi MT05 Coleman UTV 400 Hisun

      Is there a code reader available for the Coleman UTV 400?  I tried using the HUD ECU Hacker software and cables/adapters but no luck OBD to delphi 6 pin and KKL VAG as well as ELM327.  Will not connect.  I was able to get it to connect randomly a couple of times, but haven't been able to since.  I was able to clear and read the codes briefly.  I'm aware of the Tiny Scan 301 but it doesn't seem to be readily available.  There's a few out there but they are expensive.

      I want to ditch my Kubota RTV-XG850 and its moronic twitchy throttle design flaw, get rid of the problematic engine and the 40 mph purposely throttled speed.
      So far, I'm looking at the Honda Pioneer 1000 and the Polaris Ranger 1000, both of which have 1000-1500 lb payload bed capacity.
      What other makes and models should I be looking at?
