I'm sure many of you are aware of Michigan's emergency brake requirement.  I'm wondering if anyone has a good solution.

Beyond paying the few fab places $$$$.. I'm curious is there another rear caliper with e brake style that would interchange with slight mods to  the Maverick sport rear mounting bracket?

Ok. I read up on it. Yes, Joe Breaux, I’m surprised it isn’t built with one also. Any vehicle with this type of transmission with no direct full time connection to the wheels should have one. And I would venture to say every type should have one regardless of transmission type- on or off road. Here’s a glitch. On vehicles where the drive shaft has a brake, if you have an open differential, you technically do not have two wheels braked. Hmmm.

Disclaimer:  I am a hopeless tinkerer.

Depending on whether the regs specify that the E brake be a separate brake from the regular brakes, what if..... (here goes)....

You fashion a bracket under the dash near the brake pedal's mounting arm.  Some kind of a ratcheted lever that you could engage with the brake pedal's arm to hold the brake pedal down locking up the brakes.  Then a release latch to let it go.  Maybe something as simple as a notched arm bolted to the floor that pivots over to hook onto the brake pedal's arm and keep it down and the brakes engaged.  ??

Like I said, I am a hopeless tinkerer. 😉

We have a 2018 Cub Cadet Challenger 400 and I found this Internally Threaded Bolt with a 10mm head size laying in the floor of the shop bay here on our ranch where we park the Cub Cadet.
Trying to figure out where it belongs...

the regen braking on my e1 has stopped working unless (for eg) I am going down a hill in low and it's slowing things down to stick to the 10kph limit. when I drive and take my foot off the accelerator it's not initiating the regen to slow things down and instead just coasts at whatever speed it is at, or speeds up as the regen is not limiting it. the brake lights work, so it's probably not a fault with the sensor on the brake pedal

hoping someone else might be able to provide some suggestions on things to check, as the mob that I bought it off seem to have gone silent on me

in desperate need of a rear differential for my 2014 wildcat 1000. It has blown up right in the midst of the hurricane that struck us here in N/W N.C. I could really use this machine right now. No luck finding this from Artic Cat or the many numerous online vendors. Any info or resources wil be greatly appreciated !
