T2 or T4 Trooper Mud Guard Extensions

Here are a couple of pictures showing an extension on the original mud guards on a Trooper T4. I though is was a great idea and look pretty good. Basically what a panel beater has done is fabricated some new guards and bolted the stock guards back on to them. The windscreen is auto safety glass and whist the mirrors look pretty average, are very practical and work well.

Cheers Mike.

Yes, the width does become an issue going this wide with no flex but for this T4 owner it's no worries at all. Basically this UTV is used to transport people, dogs and lots of goods into a very remote spot half way down Mahia Peninsula, North Island NZ. If the tide is out it is a drive on the beach over a few reefs and a few sand hills or if the tide is in over a metal road for 17km and then drop down on to the beach on very steep tracks on farm land. This set-up is going to work very well for those conditions. The 2 worst things are the wet sand blasting you and the dust & stones blasting you on the metal road, so this should sort that out.

Was at Lowe's over the weekend. The wife and I seen they have a new Axis 550. That thing is sharp. Has a complete door. Speakers in door. Bigger engine. Bench seats. New styling all the way around. Looks to be more air tight than my 2022 model. I really like the looks but $10k is out of my price range for now. Unless I could sell mine. And the resale on the Axis 500 is nothing.
Went to the local wally world today. See a 4 person Polaris General 1000 on the back of a trailer. That Polaris looked exactly like a stretched version of the Axis 550. Even down to the vents in the windshield.
Just wondering if anyone can confirm or deny the Axis 550 is a copy of the Polaris?

I got an old 2003 Arctic Cat 375 Auto, and just bought a 2008 AC 650 side by side. Got a new starter, solenoid, and battery for the 650. Gonna change the crankcase oil and filter while I'm at it.
Anything I oughta watch out for from them that's done the starter/solenoid on this model?
Don't have a manual yet for the 650. Any recommendations for oil weight/grade?
      Thanks.

I could really use some help identifying some disconnected components on a Yard Sport YS400. The first part is this pipe, which comes out of the exhaust port area or the cylinder. It looks like it had a piece of rubber hose on it, but the hose is gone, and I have no idea what it was previously connected to.

The second item is this vacuum valve looking thing.  Again only one line is still attached.  What is it's function and what other lines should be connected to it?

The last thing is this hose, which exits the side top of the fuel tank (not the fuel line hose) but is not connected to anything

Any help the community could provide would be greatly appreciated.  This UTV belongs to a friend, and I am trying to help him get it running correctly for his kids.

Just bought my first SxS 4 days ago. Looking forward to hitting some trails and back roads. Having a few issues with the machine(Vector 500), but nothing serious. Just setup and tweaking. I would like to by some accessories, but I don’t seem to be able to find much which is machine specific. Or at least my machine. Does hisun offer accessories? Any advice would be appreciated.
