I am new to this, site I have owned my Trooper for about 5 months now. I have a problem with my cooling fan on my radiator. It still works because I have it hard wired right now. But I want it to work the right way. When I first had the problem it melted the fuse in the panel. I replaced the fuse but it didn't work after that so I wired it directly to the battery to get home. I was wondering if maybe I burnt up a relay or something in the Fuse box. Anyone with any Ideas would much be appreciated. If it is a relay does anyone know which one operates the fan. Thanks again for any input. I love this machine. And I get crazy looks from everyone every time I take it out up here in Alaska.

What size of fuse are you using? I had the same problem and Joyner had me put in a larger fuse, I think a 20 or 25 amp fuse, Solved problem.

The fan relay is the lower relay on the fuse box behind the seat. I thought that even gas was frozen solid this time of year up there. I guess your getting things ready for warmer weather. We talk that way because were cold weather wimps down here. Welcome to the forum. Go to the Joyner web site and download the operators manual for the Trooper. It has pictures of the fuse boxes with call outs for each item.

I have a Joyner Trooper 1100 4 place that has been sitting for a number of years. I have everything taken care of but i can't get the fuel through the injectors. Fuel pump puts full pressure on them but they don't turn on or spray fuel. Any ideas?

I just purchased a used 2023 Massimo warrior UTV SxS 1000mx with 600 miles on it. I didn't even get a full day of riding and the driver's side rear axle broke. I'm pretty sure it was already going bad because we would hear a noise once in a while. I'm wondering if anyone else has had problems with theirs. Also looking for places to buy accessories.
