I have used TJ USAs website as a reference for years and now its gone. It looks like it is getting rebuilt, but if you have not got a Trooper, Renegade or Commando Manual, I have found a site that still has on-line owners manuals for these models. It is Joyner Sport Russia and the link is Ðóêà ïîìîùè - ÄæîéíåðÑïîðò If you can not translate to English the Commando is the 2nd link down, Renegade the 4th and Trooper the 5th. All three manuals are in English. Download the one you need on to your computer so you have copy.

Not a bad site really, have a look at some photos from this link Ôîòî/âèäåî - ÄæîéíåðÑïîðò They have dealers nation wide and it looks like the 650 Sand Spiders are the most popular Joyner.

Cheers Mike.

I printed off four model manuals then got lazy and simply used TJs website. If you do print one off for yourself and are not to sure how to do odd & even pages back to back, download the file onto a memory stick and take it down to a Stationary shop and get them to do it. That way the manual will end up having the bookbinding done properly.

Belt started slipping when I used it in high gear. It works okay in low unless I'm trying to power it up a hill and then it slips.., Ordered a new belt and went to change it and found a good bit of oil in the belt housing. Has anyone experienced this? Belt looks fine. Only have 300 miles on this thing..

the regen braking on my e1 has stopped working unless (for eg) I am going down a hill in low and it's slowing things down to stick to the 10kph limit. when I drive and take my foot off the accelerator it's not initiating the regen to slow things down and instead just coasts at whatever speed it is at, or speeds up as the regen is not limiting it. the brake lights work, so it's probably not a fault with the sensor on the brake pedal

hoping someone else might be able to provide some suggestions on things to check, as the mob that I bought it off seem to have gone silent on me

The conversion took about 350lbs. off the vehicle.  It never rode great, but now I feel every  crack in the road.  I have backed off spring compression nut to the point just under where they would move around if suspension was at full extension, but it is still very stiff.  I would like to put some softer coilover springs on it, but I have no idea what the spring rate is with the original springs so I would just be guessing on what to order.  Does anyone have the data for the original spring compression rate?  I am willing to give up a little ground clearance for a softer ride. Right now when sitting still the rear suspension is at or near full extension and the rear tires have several degrees of camber which will cause uneven wear if allowed to continue in this state.
