I cut the spare tire mount off today. Didn't suit my taste and it hit the cabinets in the garage area of the Toyhauler when loaded. Plus I will save the weight almost half of my spare tires weight. My spare is mounted flat in the surface of the area above the engine. Since my Trooper is one of the early ones, my surface is diamond plate not the plastic. I will take a pic tomorrow. I used a Sawsall to remove the mount/support and grinder to clean the excess off. Little glossy black and it looks like it came from the factory that way.

I cut mine off quite some time ago. It looked ok but wasn't good to have the weight that high. For now, I made a bracket that plugs into my rear hitch receiver to hold it. I'm going to change that latter and put in along side and behind the passenger.

Diamond plate? I'm jealous! I don't care for the plastic IMO it looks cheap. replacing it is one of the things on my list that I would like to get done on the T4.

Cinda, my dealer gave me the chance to trade it with a later model he had in the shop but declined. There are advantages to having the plastic. Mine is heavier than Zell.

I have a Coleman UTV 400 and looking for something to store it in.  Preferably something vinyl or plastic with its own base that can stand alone outside and house the UTV.  I think the dimensions of the UT400 are around 106" long 52" wide and 74" tall.
What should I consider that won't break the bank?

      Hey there,
I’m trying to find a CVT (variator) for my Tracker Off Road 800SX Crew. Do you happen to have one, or know where I can get it?
Also, if you’ve got any other parts for this model, I’d love to hear about them!
      Thanks a lot!

I got a utv from lowes it has one tire in the back that is the same size as the front tires so it has 3, 26-9-14 and 1 26-11-24. i want to change the rear tire to the same one as the other. So instead of buying a new rim will a 26-11-24 tire fit on a 26-9-14 rim.

A while back I was looking at an auction UTV plow and the mounting of it.  Looked like it had an "H" bar with two pins that hooked into brackets on the front frame of the UTV.   I have a bunch of 1/4" x2" angle iron, and some 2"x1/2" flat stock in the barn.   I was thinking of welding up a bolt on implement mount that would provide 2 holes about 14" apart, that pins could be used to hook up an "H" frame for a plow or even a straight bar across with pins to hold it in place.   The angle iron "A" would utilize the existing bumper mounting bolts front and bottom, and have the two channels "B" with holes for individual pins or one large bar across. Those channels would be welded to the ends of the angle iron.
Anyone ever try this for a front mount?   It would be close to  this one that is for sale on the net.  It is supposed to fit a KFI plow mount.
