Does anyone know how to adjust the headlights on a 2024 Hisun sector /Bad Boy Bandit 750? The high beams are where the low beams ought to be.

Thanks Randy

Well I called the dealer and he was going to call the UTV Rep. and ask about headlight alignment. I haven't heard anything yet so I removed the assembly to check it out. I didn't see any way to adjust the headlight so I will try putting shims on the top mounting screws which will tilt the assembly at the top, giving me the hight I need . I'm posting a pic of the headlight assembly. I don't see any adjusting screws. Not sure what's under the black plastic caps but it didn't appear to be adjustment screws.

Randy, Stop! no need to shim. The adjustment is that one phillips head screw you see in the picture at top right. Up and down adjuster screw.

They seem to miss the detailed set-up at the assembly. They just do not check things very well IMO.

Hope I saved you some work.

YES, had to adjust mine a while back. it is only an up and down adjuster, that's all they gave us.

Thanks Nods, That did it. I thought that might be a ground for a different application or something. I didn't see anything in the manual about it. Thanks again for saving me some work.

Thanks for that insight! Don’t know if mine needs any adjustment yet. Still haven’t taken it for a night time/early morning ride.

We have a 2018 Cub Cadet Challenger 400 and I found this Internally Threaded Bolt with a 10mm head size laying in the floor of the shop bay here on our ranch where we park the Cub Cadet.
Trying to figure out where it belongs...

hi everyone i have this 2021 Hisun forge 250 that won't start. no spark no fuel.   when i turn the key on i dont hear the relays click or fuel pump come on. it does have power but the relay doesnt ground the pump or the ignition coil. dont know if there are any safety switches on this model or not.  it does crank and all the accessories work. i  hot wired the pump and it does work.  i found a wiring diagram but it's very hard to figure out and was hoping someone has seen this before. all fuses are good. thanks in advance.

Hello, I have a 2013 500 utv hisun. Was running ok and cut out while parked. Bike will not start now. It turns over, but won't fire. I have no spark and no fuel. I replaced fuel pump, ignition coil, spark plug, cdi, voltage rectifier and all the fuses and relays. Could bad stater cause no fuel because I can't hear the fuel pump priming. Any info on where to start looking for problem.

I recently purchased a 2024 Hisun 550 Sector from Kreps Service Station and am having issues with the gear selector, I am doing as instructed in the owners manual but the shifter acts like it is binding or the button lock isn't releasing, the shifter will not move, I have to wiggle it back and forth while pushing hard on the brake and if it's in park or reverse it's nearly impossible to get it to move, I contacted Justin Krep and he says this is normal with these machines, I find that hard to believe, I've owned many utvs and side x sides and have never had this kind of issue with any of them, any help with this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Is the cam sprocket a bolt removal or is it pressed on? Dang bolt is on tight. Impact wrench won't even move it.
