With the new distributor and many changes in the world of Joyner It would be helpful to have a list of dependable dealers.

If you agree please reply with the name, location, and telephone number of a dealer worthy of being listed on the board. Before submitting the information please to talk to your dealer to let them know what you are going to do. This should reinforce there willingness to handle our business. It would be nice if the dealer were a board member. Your personal knowledge of the dealer is important.

Hopefully the dealers listed would be a full blown dealers, not one in name only. They should stock, or have ready access to parts needed, and have knowledgeable service people. You might suggest it would be nice if they would offer come incentive to have board member do business with them.

If you agree please respond with your dealer information. Kinarfi will pin the list on the board. We have a great network of owners helping one another, why not good dealers?

EDIT - All dealer info moved to post #2 - Kinarfi

Hi Mike,

Thank you for your input. I'm a bit surprised, and disappointed that more members haven't come up with dealers for the list. Your advice in the past has been first rate and I'm sure the folks on your list are too.

I'll be talking to a dealer in California and will likely be adding him to the list.

When looking at the new distributors website it's disappointing that they don't have some dealers posted. It makes it even more important to share information to keep our machines running.

Hey Gumball, good thinking. My problem is that my dealer is no longer connected to Joyner. There was to be dealer in Cedar Springs, UT, Mountain Motorsports that was doing a good job with Joyners but that all stopped. They don't know if they are going to get back on board. They were very upset with the way they they were notified of the closure. Kind like they were closed when they found out. They even called a customer that bought their last Trooper and bought it back from them without being asked to. Now that's a dealer you like to deal with. Great people and hoping they get on board again. If anyone gets a chance, go to their site below and click on contact and fill in a note encouraging their return.

Like many other dealers, I'm extremely disappointed in the service we have recieved from the new distributers! I know they have alot on their plate, but I've waited over 4mo. to get parts..... and they still are not here. NOW they contact me and want me to purchase new units???????????????? Not sure which path I will follow, but I will still provide as much support to forum members and my customers as I can! I sure wish I had the support of the distributer behind "ME" instead of me supporting them !

When I saw Casey at the Joyner auction, he was very upbeat & positive about the future. Said they had many many Joyners pre-sold. Hopefully he wasn't talking about to dealers. Hopefully to end customers!

This is 1/2 the problem..... they shouldn't be selling direct to the public. They should be supporting their dealers! Without a strong dealer network, they will never be a contender, which is bad for the end user!

Sorry.... what I meant was that "Joyner", as a distributer should not sell direct to the public. They should establish a stong dealer network and support them, just as the major brands do. Dealer only parts and sales. This would create stong dealers and a better product in the end.

I live in Tucson and just bought an 08 Trooper 2 back in May, about the time everything fell apart with the dealers. Who was the dealer in Tucson and do they not have plans of carrying the Joyner line again?

thx

Hello & welcome Bob,

Bill at Audio 2000 on Speedway 1/2 a block East of Swan on the South side was the Dealer. Last time I stopped in he has no Joyners. If I had to guess he will not unless favorable support comes out of JMC and I don't think that is going to happen. I think it was becoming more trouble than it was worth to him. He was already a buggy guy with Toys so did not need Joyner. You will have to come south of Tucson for some riding in the Santa Ritas.

That's where we live, near Wentworth and Sahuarita, how about you? We take the Joyner into the Santa Ritas often-it's out my backyard basically, we just head up Copper Cut.

Ordered one axle and two tie rod ends Monday from Jarred at No limit Powersports by Wednesday I had my parts in hand. Thats good service!! Thanks again Jarred.

As far as I'm concerned, Jarrad has been a good and important friend. He seems to be very decitated to the line, and knowledgeable. He deserves the support of all of us.

By the way Jarrad, I haven't forgot about our last comversation. Been covered up but should get to it soon.

Being new to this forum, & Joyner too,, I can't begin to thank Rick,"Silverbullet" for all his knowledge & mechanical help, not only did they do some upgrades for me, but got me back running when I had problems. He has really become a great bud.. Jarrad, has also helped me find parts, which I greatly appreciated. Between these 2 guys, we should be ok for parts.. Thanks guys,,,Quig

Brostar or anyone else. Since the Joyner is doing so well outside of the USA, IS there anyone out there (outside the USA) starting to make aftermarket parts? We know you have taken on the cab but how about mechanical items & upgrades like they do for the RZR, Rhino & others here in the USA? Are they racing the Joyner in any of these other countries? Maybe they are!

I’m way to small in New Zealand, in fact I would be one of the smallest Joyner Global markets. I do have plans to change that though. NZ is a small fish in the big ocean so we feed off the rest of the world. As flatbed knows, we have some brilliant minded problem solvers, but they mainly keep to their own projects. I have done a bit here and there like sourcing some aftermarket parts, a suitable turbo for the Trooper and designed and got somebody to make up a bolt on muffler and I made up some tow bars, but that’s about all.

I go on the Russian Joyner website a couple of times a month to see what they are up to and Jarrad’s correct, they do some crazy stuff. I mean that in a good way. Google them and have a look. If you do, use Google translate so you can read the articles.

I have been talking with Thomas Mannweiler from Borossi (Joyner) Germany in recent days and he races Joyner Buggies as does Joyner in the Middle East. Thomas is a very clever man, to get his Buggies Rd legal, he has completed his own homologations, so would not be surprised if he has made his own aftermarket parts. He sent me a photo of him racing in a Rally from Africa which I will post.

The problem for a Joyner Trooper is it’s 83cc over the 1000cc cut off all UTV classes I know of, but not a lot of you would realise that the Renegade is only a tiny bit slower than the Trooper on a straight run . Don’t ask me why, maybe Jarrad can answer that.

I would expect most of the mechanical upgrades to come out of the USA and as Joyner gets bigger, so too will the demand grow. If Silverbullet and Lenny stick at what they are doing, in a couple of years they will be the go to people for such products.

There are some very good upgraded stock Joyner parts coming out. I think maybe some might very well become available soon.

Cheers Mike

I've spent the better part of the afternoon chasing parts and found a couple numbers you might want to add.

Joyner USA Mesa Arizona Parts-JD (480) 882-9612 http://joynervehicles.com/

JMC Motors Chandler Arizona Parts-Casey (480) 545-1693 http://www.jmcmotors.us/

No Limits Powersports in Arlington Texas - Parts-Justin (888) 400-1151 http://www.cleanharleys.com/home (No LimitsPowersports)

Sadly, there are no rear swing arm bushings available. Joyner USA ( http://joynervehicles.com/ ) did have an updated parts print out in thier download area that shows bushing kits, so maybe things will get better!

Any input on my bushing replacement would be nice.

I have called several of the dealers on this list for help and NO ONE will call me back to give me any assistance with my problems! I have posted the problem I'm having with my Trooper and it seems to me that there is no solution. Guess I should cut my loses and sell my buggy?

Hello, I am Niles, I work for Joyner USA as the Senior Dealer Account Manager. I am new here and wanted to introduce myself, I am currently trying to rebuild the Joyner USA Dealer Network, and will be contacting all of the Dealers listed above (that are still around) and asking them to consider adding Joyner USA to their current line up.

However, I do want to calrify that we are Joyner USA and not affiliated with the previous "Team Joyner USA" nor "JMC". We are funded directly by the Chinese Factory, and have strong support for the current models in production. That means that we are limited on our 650 engine parts, they are not impossible to locate but difficult. Chassis parts are not as difficult to find for the Comando, and the Spider's Chassis is still being used in the 800cc Python currently set to release September of 2012.

Current models are:

Trooper T2 1100

Renegade R2 800

Renegade R4 800

Sand Viper 1100

NEW for 2013

Python 800

I am happy to discuss expanding the Joyner USA Dealer network with any prospective Dealers that you might suggest, the main requirment for NEW Dealers is that must be a FULL SERVICE Dealer....Parts, Sales, Service, etc....

I look forward to feedback....

Niles

Hey Guys, I have been chasing a stalling condition for about two weeks now. The bike will crank up and idle fine, then after about 20 seconds it will fall on its face and stall. It happens at both idle and while running at various rpms. You can turn the key off, turn it back on and it will fire right back up without trouble. I have verified spark on both cylinders with a spark tester. I have also added an inline fuel filter, and pulled the injectors to verify proper pulse on each. Things I have replaced - (relearn procedure performed after each component replaced): spark plugs, ECU, relay/fuse box, fuel pump, & throttle position sensor - all with no improvement of the condition. The only warning light I get when the condition occurs is the oil lamp. The bike only has 14 miles. I am at a loss and appreciate any help and suggestions! Thanks

2021 Hisun Axis 500 UTV (From Lowes)
      Will NOT START
MY apologies if this is to much info just wanted to give yal the most information possible for help.
I'm a so called diyer. An Electrician by trade 21yrs. I got my S×S from my last job. The contractor purchased this S×S for this specific job brand new, from Lowes. They used it for hauling materials, tools, & a little bit of anything you can think of on an Industrial type job site.
I remember getting on the SxS one time & pushed the gas petal all the way to the floor & SxS had very little power.
So anyway ,when the job finished up back mid July this year (7/2024) , I asked the contractor what they was going to do with it. I was told to take it. Otherwise it would go to the contractors yard (storage yard) & most likely rust away.
Took it home washed it , it had a heavy coat of dust on it & in it dust was every where. My helper & I had to push it on the trailer to get it home.  After washing it throughly I let it sit & dry out for a good day and half, maybe 2 days. Before trying to start it. NO START. Will turn over & try to start but thats it.
So here's what I've purchased & installed. New Air Filter, new spark plug, new air idle control valve (AICV), new throttle position sensor, new throttle body, new oxygen sensor, new digital dash speedometer/fuel gauge/clock.
Also drained the old oil & gas & replaced with new oil & 93oct. gas. I should probably mention that I've changed the AICV twice. The 1st time I changed the AICV I was able to get the SxS started & let idle for at least 10-15min. Drove out of the garage, with very little power,  turned it around & barely got it back in the garage. That was the one & only time I've been able to start the SxS. I've also cleaned the Throttle Body and & intake with TB cleaner.  So after that the AICV was  making weird noise so I pulled it out & tried cleaning it, pretty sure I messed it up. So I purchased a Throttle Body that came with new AICV & TPS. Still NO START.  I've checked the fuel pump & the fuel injector.  I took the injector off still hooked up to wiring & turned the key over, the injector sprayed a lot of gas out kinda the size of a volleyball. I've also checked the clearance gap on the intake & exhaust valve. But today 11/2/2024 I'm going recheck spark plug gap & the valve gaps. And alot of other checking. Would the driver side seat belt have anything to do with it not starting?? I know the driver side seat belt has to be in gauged for full throttle "going fast". Thing is the drv. side seat belt will latch but feels like might be messed up inside of it. Tired opening it up but to no avail.  I've never had a S×S or 4wheeler so I was really excited when I got the S×S,not so much anymore.  I work on & fix my own vehicles usually no problems.  But this SxS is kicking my ass.
So if possible & someone could help me with some ideas or tell me what Im doing wrong or did wrong, I would greatly appreciate it.  Thank you for reading thus far.

Hello, we recently got a 2013 Hisun 800 as a little project for my husband and I to work on. Turns out the guys before us loved the mud anyway. We have replaced the stator and now going to do the Rectifier but here is the hold up as seen in the picture. There are tons of wires going to the battery. I cant seem to find anything that shows what wires should, or shouldn't be attached to the battery or where these 2 plugs go. if someone would please take some pics or share knowledge to where they go I would appreciate it greatly.

Just received delivery of a 2024 AMP Pro.  Thought I'd start a thread with my impressions as I use it and learn more.  There doesn't seem to be a whole lot of real-world usage information out there on this model.  Hope this will help others as they research.
      Intended Use Cases
Fire mitigation / slash removal from a 5 acre forested and well-gamble-oaked property.  The previous owners thought as much about fire mitigation as I do about fashion: not much. Snow removal Stump pulling General hauling (rock, lumber, etc.) Weimaraner energy depletion.  Wasn't an original use case, but a nice added bonus.  Experiences So Far
Wasn't impressed that two of the bumpers on the underside of the bed where it sits upon the frame were missing.  The metal on metal contact has damaged the powder coating and the frame.  I expect a little better QC.
I've only put a few hours on it, so not a ton to report on usage.  It isn't quiet; it's silent.  I can't even detect an electric note from the motor. I removed (and subsequently replaced) the motor cover noticed that the motor is German and made by Schambuller.  The motor controller is Italian and made by Dana TM4.  Given the operating specs of both I found on the web, I suspect both are higher quality than the previous Navitas (which is supposed to be decent).  The motor is rated at 25 hp and 71.5 lb-ft of torque.  It feels very powerful.  All the torque is delivered instantly, if desired.
The bed is huge and has an electric dump as standard.  Great feature but would like it to go up a bit more.  Probably not feasible from an engineering perspective, but I want and I need ;).
Power steering is nice, but vague.  Probably common to many UTVs, but I am accustomed to more direct results from input.  Plan early and plan often.
In our first full day of usage, we hauled about 1/2 as much slash as the entire rest of the year when I was doing it by hand cart.  I may get fatter, but I'll also get more done.  After a few days of usage, the battery meter has gone down by 1/10th.
      Until next time...
