It is with great regret that I announce I am no longer employed with Joyner USA Inc., I will not be on the UTV Board nearly as often as I have been. And please do not let this hinder your dealings with Joyner, we are seperating on good terms, and I wish nothing but the best of success for them. After all, Kris and JD ARE personal friends of mine.

Another one bites the dust!

Boy, for those of us who have been on here for a few years have seen some Great people come & go. I am sure the Joyner community will miss what appeared to be another good one . It is always nice when we have contact with a personal representative.

I sure hope your departure had nothing to do with the striper pole and disco light ideas for the new troopers.(LOL) All kidding aside good luck to you, hope things work out.

I understand that they relocated Phoenix....near PBO Auto Sales....I do not have any information other than that.

On a somewhat related note, I am now working full time at 1st Kick Motorsports in Chandler....

It was my understanding that JMC was never able to secure the "distributership" of Joyner vehicles, and ended up being basically a dealer. When all was said and done, Joyner USA, as of late, was owned and operated by "Joyner China"

All that being said, JMC was and is my go to supplier for Joyner parts. They had more "Necessary" parts in-stock than Joyner USA.

Hello, we recently got a 2013 Hisun 800 as a little project for my husband and I to work on. Turns out the guys before us loved the mud anyway. We have replaced the stator and now going to do the Rectifier but here is the hold up as seen in the picture. There are tons of wires going to the battery. I cant seem to find anything that shows what wires should, or shouldn't be attached to the battery or where these 2 plugs go. if someone would please take some pics or share knowledge to where they go I would appreciate it greatly.

I want to ditch my Kubota RTV-XG850 and its moronic twitchy throttle design flaw, get rid of the problematic engine and the 40 mph purposely throttled speed.
So far, I'm looking at the Honda Pioneer 1000 and the Polaris Ranger 1000, both of which have 1000-1500 lb payload bed capacity.
What other makes and models should I be looking at?

      Thanks for the help!

Looking for information on installing a OBD port or a lite to read codes in ECM.
I can not find a OBD port or a lite to read codes on this R2 with 800cc.
I have code readers and adapters for most ATV's. From what I've found so far. They don't have a connection for to read codes. I may be wrong. That's why I'm asking.
This R2 has had new IAC, TPS, MAP, fuel pressure regulator and fuel pump replaced. This was done by neighbor to try to stop surging. It still surges on start up and then settles down. But once you hit the accelerator it revs up to 2000+ rpm and stays till you block off IAC port in throttle body with finger. Once you do that it once again settles down and idles perfectly.
I want to know what the ECM is reading to help dio it.
This joyner is the first one I've run across. Well second one in a week. (my neighbors 2 of them) The other was a trooper with the 1100cc chery motor that had been setting for years. After cleaning up the fuse box connections. It runs like a top. Had to replace all gages with aftermarket gages. Water, oil, gas, amp. Only problem one was the water temp using original sending unit. Had to install 150 ohm resistor on the input wire to get it to read correctly + - 5 degrees. Close enough. Gas sending unit was/is for a boat tank 6" tall. All SS so it should last forever.
      thanks Dan D. aka staind
