Here is the new post to vote for the best ten Troopers out there. Just add a reply and add who you like and then after a period of time, one of the moderators can take over, count up and start the poll with the top four. It could be because of aftermarket upgrades, stock upgrades or just a fantastic photo.

I’ll start the ball rolling, one vote for each of these Troopers. You can cast a vote for your Trooper.

That will do for a start. I didn't add Lenny's, rocmocs, Kinarfi's, plumbers and others because I know they will be included. Mines not there cause she's stock standard apart from a few hidden bits. A plane Jane that rock and rolls.

Cheers Mike.

I like em ALL!

rocmoc n AZ

Sorry Mike, have to agree with Rocmoc. They are all sweet in their own particular way. Some do all the cosmetic things, others put all their effort into engine, suspension, etc, . I'm really amazed at all the things members have come up with.I just love hearing about all the changes, seeing great photos, this is great forum, just keep posting guys,,, & thanks for all the help everyone,,,Quig

In my humble opinion, Mine is the very best because it's the one I get to drive, even if it does have problems, It's the one I get to drive. I do like seeing what you other owners come up with, very interesting and some excellent mods. Love them all. Every one should only get one vote, for your own.

Don't have to worry about mine being in the mix. Mine looks more like it came out of the Road Warriors movie. I'm going to vote for Rocmocs, just because I want him to be included even though he'll have hary carry on his mind if he doesn't get first. Thats ok Rocmoc, don't feel bad, you have the biggest trailer

Looks like it is a dead duck. Maybe I should of gone for the ten worst, but then we wouldn’t of had any winners or should I say loser's. What made me think of it in the first place was Quig's rear end (that’s his Trooper) and then stevozz’s mean green machine.

Cheers Mike.

All I can do is look at the picture of my demo and figure out how to top that next year. Not going to be an easy task but I am sure that we can come up with something.

Mike,

Your thoughts are in the right place, thats what counts. What should really be done is to have the contest with everyone showing up with their Troopers. Then the judges who would not be Trooper owners were a no-show so we all had to just admire each others rig and have a great time with no winners or losers.

I'm working with a 2015 MSU-500.  Basic symptoms are it cranks well, but will not fire.  It has spark, and it has fuel spraying out of the injector (and spraying starting fluid into the throttle body and plug hole makes no difference).  It has compression.  I bought it not running, and no other information was available.  It has 775 miles on it and 127 hours.  It looks to be in very good shape.   Previous owner replaced fuel pump, ECU, coil, plug, and the fuse/relay box that mounts on the firewall, then gave up.
My questions relate to cam/valve timing, considering the symptoms and diagnostics so far.  My thinking was the woodruff key sheared off and the crank spun, making it out of time.  My question is, by the pictures attached does anyone have an opinion as to the cam/valve timing being correct?  In the crankshaft picture you can see a timing mark visible.  In the camshaft picture I have arrows directed towards what I think are timing marks (which appear to be exactly 180 degrees from one another).  However, the long arrow in what appears to be bolt configuration in line with the piston/rod line.  Here is a puzzling note... in the position you see in the pictures... I have valve lash on both the intake and exhaust.  I think it's at TDC, given the visible crank timing mark and valve lash on both valves.
Any thoughts ?  Does this appear to be in proper valve time ?  Have I missed anything simple ?  Thanks in advance for your input.

I want to ditch my Kubota RTV-XG850 and its moronic twitchy throttle design flaw, get rid of the problematic engine and the 40 mph purposely throttled speed.
So far, I'm looking at the Honda Pioneer 1000 and the Polaris Ranger 1000, both of which have 1000-1500 lb payload bed capacity.
What other makes and models should I be looking at?

      Thanks for the help!

I recently bought an axis 500 and it’s missing a box or something the plug is L shaped I’ve looked through the wiring diagrams and still can’t figure it out. The plug is located right near the battery housing

I had to remove the relay for the dump bed due to it popping the fuse for main key power. I have tried to find a short but nothing seems to out of normal. I also disconnected the dump motor and switch and still pops the fuse. Also, when the machine is warmed up i get about 5 to 10 of work out of before it stalls. Once I can get it to start again I have to use the choke to keep it running.

I have an Axis 500 4x4 UTV that I was given.  It looks like an almost new machine with 39 hrs on it however it was apparently under water from the hurricane . I have no spark at the plug. I have replaced the plug, the plug wire, & the stator so far. Can anyone advise me of what i need to check and or replace to get this thing running? Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
                                    Thank You,
