We have ball joints for all models.Includeing Trooper,renegade,Commandos.Spyders.

Thanks Rick

I find that ball joints that come without a greese fitting, (I know, go figure) can be easily drilled and one added. They are susposed to be permently sealed but when you relpace an old one without the greese fitting, it's always dryed out from the seal going bad then the greese goes. With the greese fitting, you constantly flush out any dirt trying to work its way in.

As Lenny said, it's easy to drill & tap a zerk into the end, personal feeling here, drill the hole off center a little bit. You'll need to grind the weld off if it hasn't brokent loose already like mine did, unscrew the end, drill and tap, zerk, screw back on and reweld. The idea that they are sealed is bunk, when I grease mine, the grease comes out the through the threads, if grease can come out, crap can go in.

However, personal opinion again, I wouldn't recommend doing the lower ball joint because you'll probably knock it off on a rock. Just pack some grease in under the boot.

The conversion took about 350lbs. off the vehicle.  It never rode great, but now I feel every  crack in the road.  I have backed off spring compression nut to the point just under where they would move around if suspension was at full extension, but it is still very stiff.  I would like to put some softer coilover springs on it, but I have no idea what the spring rate is with the original springs so I would just be guessing on what to order.  Does anyone have the data for the original spring compression rate?  I am willing to give up a little ground clearance for a softer ride. Right now when sitting still the rear suspension is at or near full extension and the rear tires have several degrees of camber which will cause uneven wear if allowed to continue in this state.

Hi everybody. I just bought a 2012 Hisun with the 700cc engine. Was wondering where i could find a service manual for this thing?
Its going to need some parts that are missing, like the air intake hoses and other things. Also the dash display is out. the only light that works is neutral light. Not even sure on the model. from pics I've seen, it looks like an HS700. Kind of grey with the black stripes on the hood. Just hoping i can find parts for it.
Thank you for any advice you can give me. By the way, it does run and goes forward and reverse.

I got an old 2003 Arctic Cat 375 Auto, and just bought a 2008 AC 650 side by side. Got a new starter, solenoid, and battery for the 650. Gonna change the crankcase oil and filter while I'm at it.
Anything I oughta watch out for from them that's done the starter/solenoid on this model?
Don't have a manual yet for the 650. Any recommendations for oil weight/grade?
      Thanks.

Apparently, these are Hisun or at least they use Hisun engines. I can't find much info on them online yet.  Ran across a used one with just 100 miles on it as a very reasonable price.  Just curious.
Okay, more info...they are owned by Textron Corp who also owns Bell Helicopter, Cessna & Beechcraft aircraft, Ez-Go & Cushman and Arctic Cat and a bunch of other companies.
So are thy cheap Chinese crap machines or are they good to go?
