Electrical Problem

I have a 1100 Sand Viper and recently have developed an electrical problem. When I turn on the ignition the fan is suppose to start but instead the relays start clicking. I try to engage the started several times and before the electric fan starts to run. At that point the starter will engage and the engine starts. On rare occasions the engine will turn over but will not start until the electric fan starts to run. Any ideas where to start looking will be appreciated.

Grounds. Start there, the look at your fuse boxes the wires burn up and make bad connections inside it. When you unbolt it you can look at the wires from the backside

When we were in Farmington, NM last summer at the Jamboree, Mine went completely dead. Finally ran a ground to the outside of my computer and everything ran fine. Never would run again without the computer being externally grounded.

Thanks for the input, I'll try your suggestions.

Thought I had already posted this, so here I go again, look through http://www.utvboard.com/topic/392-parts-pieces-and-information-for-our-troopers-joyners/page__view__findpost__p__475 and find the schematic and down load it and save for future needs, Also, you may want to remove the fuse/relay boxes and look at the back sides to see if you have any heated, melted wires, discolored connectors or fuse clips.

The conversion took about 350lbs. off the vehicle.  It never rode great, but now I feel every  crack in the road.  I have backed off spring compression nut to the point just under where they would move around if suspension was at full extension, but it is still very stiff.  I would like to put some softer coilover springs on it, but I have no idea what the spring rate is with the original springs so I would just be guessing on what to order.  Does anyone have the data for the original spring compression rate?  I am willing to give up a little ground clearance for a softer ride. Right now when sitting still the rear suspension is at or near full extension and the rear tires have several degrees of camber which will cause uneven wear if allowed to continue in this state.

Hey Guys, I have been chasing a stalling condition for about two weeks now. The bike will crank up and idle fine, then after about 20 seconds it will fall on its face and stall. It happens at both idle and while running at various rpms. You can turn the key off, turn it back on and it will fire right back up without trouble. I have verified spark on both cylinders with a spark tester. I have also added an inline fuel filter, and pulled the injectors to verify proper pulse on each. Things I have replaced - (relearn procedure performed after each component replaced): spark plugs, ECU, relay/fuse box, fuel pump, & throttle position sensor - all with no improvement of the condition. The only warning light I get when the condition occurs is the oil lamp. The bike only has 14 miles. I am at a loss and appreciate any help and suggestions! Thanks

Twice my hisun has been driven a few miles and turned off back at home. Get back on it same afternoon and console is dead, no lights.
Have 12.7 vdc at battery and fuses are good. I hear relays click in the fuse box and main relay clicks but everything is dead.
Any ideas on what this may be? I've seen this problem before on this forum but it never finished.
Any help is always appreciated. Thanks in advance!
