We have acquired joynerforum.com and will be working to make it a more fluid board experience. Jarrad

I also am a member,sorry but not as good as this forum.Need to make it easier to get to messages,way too many clicks to get to a message.JMHO

Thats our first plan of attack, that and get rid of the hideous background and colors, they hurt my eyes.

Awesome! I had forgotten that I had registered on that site. It will be a good thing for the Joyner community as we grow. Were gonna have to have a car show pretty soon. You know? "Glam Shots". :P I'm gonna be custom painting my Trooper in the next few weeks

How about a link back to www.utvboard.com on your site, since you are advertising your forum link on this site? :D

EDIT: At first I did not realize it was a regular member here who purchased that site. Congrats on the site purchase. A reciprocal link would be nice.

      2022 Hisun Sector 550 eps. Power steering not working

      I have a 2022 hisun sector eps 550. 30amp fuse is blown for eps. Checked the motor and it’s fine. Opened up the controller and found a bad diode. Dealer wanted 500$ for the controller. Just posting this in case it helps someone. I couldn’t read numbers from the old one so just took a guess and replaced it with a 100v 3amp diode.

      Hisun E1 charger not working

      I recently purchased a Hisun E1 and the other day the charger stopped working properly. The LED on the dash blinks red & green and the light on the side of the charger also blinks red & green. The fan on the charger does not come on like it used to do. There is no error code that I can see. Does anyone have any suggestions to remedy this?

      550 - Diff fluid change and final drive?

      Howdy y'all,
      I have the service manual, but it leaves me with questions.
      1)  It is time to change the diff fluid.  The service manual says 80w-90 for the rear and Dextron 3 ATF for the front!  Is that correct?  That seems odd to me.
      2) The service manual also speaks of the need to change the transmission fluid but gives no detail about it.  What needs to happen here?
      3). The service manual also discusses changing the final drive fluid with 80-90 Hypoid.  Is the final drive actually the tranny?
      Any details about the changing of the fluid or what fluid to use ... or even other things that need to be changed that the manual does not mention would be appreciated.

      I’m need a couple parts. Diff. Lock Actuator mainly. But I would like to find a donor that maybe has bad motor or something along those lines.

      I am considering a Hisun 550 for tooling around the farm> I have a Kawasaki Teryx 4 and deeply disappointed at the difficulty of getting to the engine and belt for repairs. I would like some feedback on the Hisun's reliability and ease of access to work on. Thanks.
