My wife and I are planning on attending the "Ralley on the Rocks" event in Moab this May, and I was checking out some of the YouTube video's from last year. MAN!!! Are you kidding me? Most of those guys don't even wear helmets while climbing incredible angles. I don't think I would even attempt any trail rated over a 3 or so! Especially with a manual tranny. What I'm wondering is Troopers have a history of breaking axles and driveshafts right?. Do you think casual off roading on sandstone with mega traction will cause a breakage? I don't clutch dump ever (knowing that there are some weak links in the drivetrain.) What do ya think? I probably should pick up an extra drive shaft before going huh!

You ought to take a spare rear diff :) really though as long as rear driveshaft is cv style and not ujoint then you should be ok. Or take a lesson from me and pack in a extra timing belt

Sounds like Snowman just HAPPENS to have one for sale...........

Actually I'm waiting till I have some time to look at the drive shaft and see if it's a CV type. It's an 08' so I'm keepin my fingers crossed that it is the CV type. :(

When I snapped off my tranny output shaft at Moab, it was my fault. Before that I had climbed everything everybody else had and some easier. Most trails have a secondary route around the harder route. Check ahead of time with who ever is running the event, they will / should know.

That's the question! Or, if you want to add details:
      (a) How do you use the UTV? (roads? off-road to get to trees? etc.)
      (b) If you are wearing a helmet--how frequently? What type of helmet?

My own answers: (a) Most of the time off-road to get to downed trees, cut the trees to logs and haul the logs back for splitting. (b) Very rarely, a ski helmet and not a motorcycle helmet.

My father-in-law has a Hisun 750.  It has started to not change gears while running.  He can turn it off, change gears, then restart and it will change.  I thought it might have something to do with the brake but can’t find any info.  Thanks in advance for any info.

I could really use some help identifying some disconnected components on a Yard Sport YS400. The first part is this pipe, which comes out of the exhaust port area or the cylinder. It looks like it had a piece of rubber hose on it, but the hose is gone, and I have no idea what it was previously connected to.

The second item is this vacuum valve looking thing.  Again only one line is still attached.  What is it's function and what other lines should be connected to it?

The last thing is this hose, which exits the side top of the fuel tank (not the fuel line hose) but is not connected to anything

Any help the community could provide would be greatly appreciated.  This UTV belongs to a friend, and I am trying to help him get it running correctly for his kids.

Don’t waste your time everybody with rpm motorsports, Omaha. They are people that don’t even work on sxs’s. Trying to tell you how to install things.
Completely uneducated guy tried to tell me I did not install a mid pipe correctly when it won’t install correctly; that was the reason for the video and the complaint that I called him about.
This mid pipe has a 1 inch gap at the rear, and the only way to close it up is with a longer bolt, and to stretch the flex at the Exhaust
After one ride, the rear bolts have disappeared, because how much tension there is on the flex
And the bolts does not line up at the flange
Have a video before and after. And they are telling me that it’s my fault because it does not fit
      wtf.!
What kind of idiotic people are even answering the phones these days.?
This guy has probably only read a book and never even driven a motorcycle in his life
Don’t waste your time with this bullshit products
