Suspected a glazed over clutch bell or the clutch shoes and it appears I’m correct. The Bighorn explorer from TSC 400cc engine only has a dry centrifugal clutch. No wet clutch. Here’s some pics of what I found. 
Took some Emory cloth and removed the glazing and first ride feels good. Don’t know how long it’ll last but it sure is great now.

Usually on a dry clutch you can get away with cleaning em up like you did if it's not too bad. The belt itself usually just rides on the sides, not on the flat bottom, which allows the CVT sheaves to grip the belt as they change sizes dynamically.

Any chance you're hauling heavy loads/plowing snow/towing or lots of low speed driving? Most of these things likely use a wet centrifugal clutch because of glazing/heat issues. Usually dry clutches are limited to really low HP applications like go karts or chainsaws because they tend to overheat and glaze like what you're seeing under heavy loads.

This dry clutch is twice the size of a go cart type clutch. Bigger shoes and bell. And I think you could be right about pulling too heavy a load. I do use it to pull a five x ten trailer around in the yard. Can’t remember if the jerking started before or after pulling that trailer. Probably won’t do that again for awhile till I see how it fairs after sanding the shoes and bell. The trailer weighs 900 pounds and the sxs is supposed to be okay up to 1200pounds. 
im actually leaning towards I pulled it before the clutch got broken in good. The glazing was mostly on 2/3 of the shoes and not on the edges.

      Belt started slipping when I used it in high gear. It works okay in low unless I'm trying to power it up a hill and then it slips.., Ordered a new belt and went to change it and found a good bit of oil in the belt housing. Has anyone experienced this? Belt looks fine. Only have 300 miles on this thing..

      I have a 2018 cub cadet challenger 750 I bought brand new almost 2 years ago the first month I had it the exhaust broke and burnt the spark plug wire in two that was a recall so the dealership installed the new one it had a different design and it bolted up to the bottom two plugs below the spark plug the dealership said they had to Adjust the exhaust valves I get the machine back thanking everything is good now wrong not even a week after I get it back the timing chain tensioner comes apart inside the motor I take it back to the dealership They put one on I get the machine back thanking everything is good but then just like before not even a week goes by when I was riding the Machine automatically quits going come to find out the wet clutch was burned up the primary clutch head stripped off of the splines I get that fixed and then  it overheats I take it back they bleed the air out of the coolant they bring it back to me the same day that I get it back it overheats again I take it back they temporarily fix it again just enough to let the warranty run out and now the machine has been to multiple different mechanics I have had them try to bleed the air out they have stood it up on its end I have had the water pump changed I have had the fan hooked to a switch so I could leave it on all the time but still almost 2 years later not even 200 hours on the machine and I cannot ride it The dealership will not take it back as a lemon I have tried I am at my wits end I have no clue what to try next

      the regen braking on my e1 has stopped working unless (for eg) I am going down a hill in low and it's slowing things down to stick to the 10kph limit. when I drive and take my foot off the accelerator it's not initiating the regen to slow things down and instead just coasts at whatever speed it is at, or speeds up as the regen is not limiting it. the brake lights work, so it's probably not a fault with the sensor on the brake pedal
       
      hoping someone else might be able to provide some suggestions on things to check, as the mob that I bought it off seem to have gone silent on me

      I have a 2017 Intimidator XD4 800cc 4x4.  It will run great and then it's like it goes into safe mode and only runs on 1 cylinder.  It's not fouling out the plug when it happens.  Some times when I stop and restart it, it works fine.  First I thought it was a spark issue, then a fuel issue, but I feel like it's a short in the wiring some place.

      I swapped out the Subaru motor for a Predator 670cc. If I remove the heat shield around the muffler, The stock muffler sits in there just fine with 1" to spare.
      Only problem is the exhaust exit is toward the back seat instead of out the back.
      Do you all think that the stock exhaust would be okay (just as effective) if cut a hole and welded a pipe on the reversed (opposite) end? Of course, plug the old exit end. Other option I thought of was to roll a tube 180° with a 7" center line radius and finish extention of 12" or so.
      Any thoughts?
