Cruising the web, I tripped over this and am trying to figure out how to get one and how to make it work.

I think stock that we are running about 95 LB FT of torque and this engine is 134. That is a nice increase and the engine is small enough to probably fit ok and I think the drive line would hold it ok. Not if your letting the clutch fly. You could probably buy the whole engine for less then a supercharger installation. Then again they also make a small diesel that has about 220 LB FT of torque and a nice 6 speed tranny to go with it. That is the one I like. Now you are getting serious. I sujested to JMC when they first took over the line to have a Trooper made from the factory with that combination. In fact, I offered my services free of charge if they would let me help redesign the Trooper. Never heard back. "This concept has so much potential, I would like to see it built to what it's potential is.

Lenny, I shot you an E-mail.. That diesel motor looks good, but there would probably have to be a whole re-design of the ass end of the buggy to make it work, not to mention that there would need to be big upgrades to the differentials. I got my first pictures the otehr day from a customer who got one of the "upgraded" diffs about a year and a few months ago... It was not a pretty sight, although the ring and pinion did survive.

I always figured that could be a future project. Re-designing would be a must and I would redesign the entire suspension and running gear. Hey, currently there are a lot of people putting lots of big bucks into their machines to get them to preform correctly. I wouldn't have any problem paying an extra $5000-$6000 extra for a kick ass machine that did everything well, real well. Have a diesel with 31" tires stock and a good 14 to 18" of great suspension and a low range. We could probably get Flatbed to help on the suspension design. He not only does do that as a professional he also came in 2nd overall in the Baja 1000 to back up his ability. Wow, it could get exciting.

That would be fun, There is so much more you could do with a diesel motor to squeeze more power out of them, only downside of that motor is that it is a common rail system. They can be enhanced, but not as well as the older diesels.. with those the sky and your pocket book is the limit.

Maybe we could break into the heads for direct injection.

What about the old VW diesel that came in their rabbit and pick up back in the late 70's and early 80's.I think it was a 1.5 or 1.6.

I have put this idea on hold for now. This motor will not bolt to our current tranny and talking with them I would need to purchase 12 motors. Maybe for 2012

I have a 2018 cub cadet challenger 750 I bought brand new almost 2 years ago the first month I had it the exhaust broke and burnt the spark plug wire in two that was a recall so the dealership installed the new one it had a different design and it bolted up to the bottom two plugs below the spark plug the dealership said they had to Adjust the exhaust valves I get the machine back thanking everything is good now wrong not even a week after I get it back the timing chain tensioner comes apart inside the motor I take it back to the dealership They put one on I get the machine back thanking everything is good but then just like before not even a week goes by when I was riding the Machine automatically quits going come to find out the wet clutch was burned up the primary clutch head stripped off of the splines I get that fixed and then  it overheats I take it back they bleed the air out of the coolant they bring it back to me the same day that I get it back it overheats again I take it back they temporarily fix it again just enough to let the warranty run out and now the machine has been to multiple different mechanics I have had them try to bleed the air out they have stood it up on its end I have had the water pump changed I have had the fan hooked to a switch so I could leave it on all the time but still almost 2 years later not even 200 hours on the machine and I cannot ride it The dealership will not take it back as a lemon I have tried I am at my wits end I have no clue what to try next

Hey guys! Newbie here. I'm an old man who's better with plowing a mule (4-legged kind) than these newfangled beasts. I, and a friend of mine, just bought new Coleman sxs and are having to finish the assembly. I've been reading on this site and I'm falling on the mercy of you experts. The only way I'm an expert is that an "ex" is a has been, and a spurt is a drip under pressure. LOL First off, the 2 buggies have no ignition switches. They seem to mount on the dash, not the opening in the steering wheel shaft cover, so we ordered new ones that are supposed to fit. They are 8 inches long, and have a 4-wired white plugin which is slightly rectangled when looking at the end of the plug. The trouble is there's nothing to plug into. There is a three-wire grey plug close enough to reach the four-wire plug, but of course, they are not compatible.
Secondly, the blinker, light, ect. unit on steering wheel just spins around when touched. I see no way in heaven or earth to secure it. I've looked at a diagram on the Powersports site, but can't detect how it mounted. Fellows I'd be so grateful for any help with this. Me and my mule will even plow your garden for free, for your help. LOL

2016, Hisun 500 turns over great but Spark plug is firing when I turn the ignition key on. I’ve got good fuel pressure to the injector. Pulled plug out and it is wet with. gasoline. Air filter is clean. Turns over great just does not even try to pop or start.. I’ve checked off uses and they are good when I turn the key on I’m getting power to the injector.. I’m not hearing the injector pulsing, but may just be my hearing.. With the spark plug getting wet with gas I feel like the injector is pulsing and spraying. Any suggestions would be great. I don’t know the hours on the unit offhand, but it has 600 miles on it. Thank you for your comments and advanced.

Hello. I need some help. I have a 2015 Polaris rzr 1000. I was told the clutch was bad so I put a new one in with a new belt and having the same problem. It won’t go over 55 mph and it takes forever to get to that speed. It also will not go over 6600rpm and it also takes forever to get there also. I’ve taking it to the dealership and had them look at it and they said they can’t find the problem. I’m at a loss. Has no check engine light at all. If someone could give me some ideas or has had this problem it would be much appreciated. Thank you Dave.

This tboss 410 started having a problem with I think clutch not releasing. If you have it in forward with neutral safety disabled and try to turn it over, it will try to move forward. Neutral does work correctly.
What I was told occurred was he was trying to back up a hill and was trying to pull a load. He said that it all of sudden died and would not go into gear. To get it back he disabled the neutral safety and started engine and drove back but had to switch to neutral to stop.
Is this going to be the centrifugal clutch on the drive belt or could it be something else?
