Try Jegs or Summit Racing and replace with a good aftermarket universal unit. You will have to change the sending unit and dash gauge both. The Joyner units are crap.

Napa Auto Parts also has a replacement that is universal. I looked at one but have not ordered or replaced. Seems like it is a good unit. I believe it is a VDO unit. I actually have an extra complete stock sending unit but it is for the deeper fuel tank. I have the tank that is under the rear seat so this one is too long.

If it's one with a float on the end of a wire, You can cut and bend the wire to work in the range that you need. I used one out of a Dodge pickup that way and it worked great. Was able to use the same stock gauge.

The only thing you need to worry about are the ohms. Not sure what the stock gauge is but there is a range on the Napa one. And yes it can be adapted to fit any tank.

Replaced mine with a capacitive sender unit that I built and need to pull out and see why it's not working, in the mean time, I just make sure it's full at the beginning of each outing.

My capacitive gauge quit working so I went back to doing the way Joyner did sort of, instead of 4 reed switches, I used 10, now when the tank is full, the needle is on the white line, then 7/8, then 3/4 in the middle of the upper blue, then 5/8, then 1/2 on the middle white line, the 3/8, then 1/4 in the middle of the lower blue, then 1/8, the empty on the while line, the 1/2R in the middle of the red, then 0 on the bottom white line. The picture shows the old and the new.

I am going to use the old farm tractor method. Straight down filler tube, take off the cap, look inside or use a measuring stick & fill her up when she needs it.

what year?

I think I still have my original sender of 5 or 6 reed switches, Or you could build one like mine. It has 14 reed switches and 16 LEDs, the 1st & 16th are always on 2 thru 4 are red, nearly empty, 5 thru 7 are yellow, less than half, and the last 6 are green, good to go. The brass tube is in the center of the tank and sealed so the circuit board & reed switches are dry. Down side is you have 15 wires running from gauge to sender.

Have a bed decal that has never been right.  Contacted Coleman Powersports and they have no solution.  Anyone know of a place where I could get a replacement decal or complete decal or graphics kit?

I'm looking to purchase a 2015 Massimo 550 that might have an issue with it's throttle position sensor.
From the fella selling this UTV, he claims its to set the idle on fuel injection because the engine will not stay idle or when it starts sometimes it idles too high.
My Question if anyone had any issues with their Massimo 550 and if it was actually the TPS or something else that would allow the machine to idle correctly.
      Thanks!

2010 Hisun 500 - Carbed'.  She sat for about 3 weeks since last use.  Couldn't get it started.... has spark but plug was not wet.  Bought new plug, cleaned the carb, confirmed fuel pump (pulse type) is working.  Still nothing.  Put gas in the plug hole.... started right up and idled as normal and drove perfect.  Used it for the rest of the day without issue.  Tried to start again next morning.... same problem.  Poured gas in plug hole again.... started up and best kind again.
Anyone have any insight to what's going on?

So here is my dilemma, I bought a 2014 Massimo MSU500 eleven years ago from TSC, its never been off the farm, had my share of ups and downs with it but never walked back to the house. I have bought a Kubota Sidewinder and it is a fine machine.Problem is I just dont need the Massimo and would like to sell it but the last thing want to do is sell it (cheap) to someone who doesn't realize what a POS a Massimo  can be and can't afford to maintain it.  I plan to put it of Craigslist with pictures and description, not sure how to warn potiential buyers without scaring them away.  I feel like it could be a great buy for the right person or a terrible buy for the wrong person.  I'm thinking $2500.
