I think bruhaw is coming also, I spoke to him on Thursday and he was going to call Cal at Glamis North KOA. If anyone else is planning on going chime in.

I am going and there maybe one other person with a Joyner coming albeit borrowed. He is coming with me for sure but not sure yet about the borrowed Joyner. Will know tomorrow. Could either be a Turbo T-4 or Turbo T-2. Either would be OK with me and him.

I think we are going to have to pull some double car drafting Nascar style to keep up with them. Or sneak over during the dark of the night and EQUALIZE things, LOL!

Rick,

Attendance is up in the air right now.... With wedding and stuff I haven't gotten a firm answer from my boss.....

Plus I'm intimidated by the potential power festival going on ......

Just give them a doggy bone. They will switch their devotion in a second for food. Besides Rick, I had more power then you the last time but couldn't shake you. Guess I'm not as good of a race driver. I figure with twice the power but half of the driving skills, I will run about the same as you guys. I do plan on bringing my paddle tires should we get into the dunes.

only reason you didnt shake me was you didnt try.If you hadnt rode your brakes the whole time just so i could keep up i never would have been anywhere near you. Really looking forward to seeing you and Jeanne again and meeting the others.

When you do the dunes with the paddles I will take the bike out. It does really well in the sand and by then my better 3/4s will be ready for AC & ice tea.

COUNT DOWN, under one month. Boy am I looking forward to this. WE always have a great time seeing everyone each year. Only three of us have been to every Jamboree; Jeff, Lenny & myself. Not going to have the trailer replacement, will be pulling my little single axle from last year. Haven't found the deal YET! Seems in AZ the trailers go for less during the summer when Dune Season is over.

Since Lenny is busting my chops, I haven't made reservations yet due to stuff going on, but I am optimistic that I will be able to make it....

I really need a trip like this right now.......

I hope I can make it, haven't been off road for like two years, damn....

As with any forum you join, there is a requirement for an obligatory introduction... and that seems fair. How else do you get that first post in there without jumping in with some stupid question right out of nowhere?

Hi. I'm Space Ghost. Well, not really, but that was my call sign on my last deployment before an IED made me non-deployable, and I an now retired/disabled, and living on my wonderful VA disability. I did almost 28 years in total between the Army, Army Reserve, and National Guard. 1 deployment with the Reserve (Desert Storm) and 3 with the Guard (1 pre, and 2 post 9/11)

Married (going on 30 years) one of each. (both out of the nest)

My vehicle is (at least not yet) not a UTV, however, it is an ATV, A 2001 Kawasaki Prairie 400.

BTW, That's Brandy, my former PTS/TBI service dog on the bike. RIP old girl. She's internet famous. Perhaps you've seen her before...

The reason I'm here is that Arthritis is starting to set into my wounds and my mobility is getting worse. I will be selling the quad bike soon, and going with a SXS, and have selected a Can Am model as the replacement, so I figured I had better get on board a forum somewhere. Just put in for my Guard retirement, and will be very soon looking to get into a Commander 6x6.

Wouldn't mind having the Limited with the Hvac system, but am really not sure it's worth the extra 10 grand or not. Plus it's 500 pounds heavier, and I prefer the doors off in nice weather. It's so much easier when working in the yard, and so much more fun when on the trail.

Anyway, I'm here now, so it will help me research more and make up my mind. Plus once I have it, I'll be able to share stories about it and of course, continue to learn more, as it will be my 1st sxs. Still have time before I get my retirement. Takes a good 90 days at least according to the guy I talked to... Typical government efficiency... lol.

      Hello everyone.
I recently bought a Can-Am Ryker and I'm looking to customize it with some accessories. I’ve seen a lot of options out there but wanted to get some recommendations from fellow riders.
What are the must-have accessories for comfort, style, or performance?
Specifically, I'm considering a windshield and better footpegs—are these worth the investment?
Also, any thoughts on storage solutions like saddlebags or rear cases?
Would love to hear your personal experiences with any mods you’ve done.

I got an old 2003 Arctic Cat 375 Auto, and just bought a 2008 AC 650 side by side. Got a new starter, solenoid, and battery for the 650. Gonna change the crankcase oil and filter while I'm at it.
Anything I oughta watch out for from them that's done the starter/solenoid on this model?
Don't have a manual yet for the 650. Any recommendations for oil weight/grade?
      Thanks.
