Have 2006 Joyner 650 and am having trouble with my tranny. Seems to be stuck in second gear. This happened twice while attempting to shift to reverse. Took the transmission apart and couldn't detect any bent forks. Has anyone had this happen to them? Do I need to remove transmission again or is therre some other way of fixing this problem?

Not familiar with the 650 but in general if the linkage is not adjusted correctly the tranny can get caught between gears or in the wrong gear. If you have taken the tranny apart and everything looks good, check the linkage adjustment.

THANKS FOR THE QUICK REPLY. I'M NOT SURE HOW TO GET IT OUT OF GEAR. I HAVE REMOVED THE LINKAGE FROM THE REAR OF THE TRANNY AND I CAN GET IT TO A NEUTRAL POSITION ON THE SHAFT BUT NOT IN THE TRANNY. REMOVING THE TRANNY IS NOT AN EASY JOB BUT MAYBE NECESSARY. WE ARE LEAVING FOR YUMA ARIZONA ON SUNDAY AND WAS LOOKING FOR AN EASIER WAY. DO YOU KINOW THE PROPER ADJUSTMENT FOR THE 650 SPIDER?

We have a 2018 Cub Cadet Challenger 400 and I found this Internally Threaded Bolt with a 10mm head size laying in the floor of the shop bay here on our ranch where we park the Cub Cadet.
Trying to figure out where it belongs...

I've had a Hisun Vector E1 for just a bit longer than is required for me to do some maintenance. While it's well-overdue, it only drives 1.5km a few times each week on a fairly decent gravel road (to the letterbox), and it has worked really well right from the get-go.
Looking at the manual it states that I need to use SAE80 API GL-4 Hypoid Gear Oil for the Main gear Case, and SAE80 API GL-5 Hypoid Gear Oil for the Front gear Case - unfortunately i can't find either of those online here in Australia. Plenty of options that look close, but, as someone who has never driven any vehicle before, I want to use the right thing and it's a tad confusing.
My question: Since there are no oils that are bang on SAE80 (they all seem to cover a range) would Liqui Moly Hypoid GL4 Gear Oil 80W-90  & Motorex Hypoid GL-5 Gear Oil 80W90 - be ok to use? (Or any other suggestions of what I might be able to purchase online in Australia) And would I have to drain out any existing oil from both gear cases?
This is a whole new world for me and  being able to find exactly what is specified in the manual hasn't made this easy!

the regen braking on my e1 has stopped working unless (for eg) I am going down a hill in low and it's slowing things down to stick to the 10kph limit. when I drive and take my foot off the accelerator it's not initiating the regen to slow things down and instead just coasts at whatever speed it is at, or speeds up as the regen is not limiting it. the brake lights work, so it's probably not a fault with the sensor on the brake pedal

hoping someone else might be able to provide some suggestions on things to check, as the mob that I bought it off seem to have gone silent on me
