Hey guys..Haven't been on for a couple years.... Really interested in getting a Joyner Trooper.. When I was on here before you were having rearend and cable problems. I have read that they have upgraded the rear axles to CVs. I am looking to buy (possibly) in the spring and was wondering if the problems Have been addressed. The upgrade articles were EXCELLENTback then, but I just want something to buy and ride. Will be doing the 30 or 31" tire upgrade, but that is all I want to do. How is the reliabilty situation going now....

No one has ever joined that has one of the new ones so don't know! Sorry we can't help.

BUT, no one has had problems with the axles on the Trooper. The few that have had an issue with their CV-joint made adjustments or added shocks that went beyound the design angle of the CV-joint and that has only been a couple. The rest of us no problems. The only real problem was the setup from factory on the ring & pinion and that was cured with Lenny's diff upgrade.

Only cable problem was early on with the trans shifting cables but that again seem to only happen to a few. I have an extra set because I was concerned and now the cables have been sitting for 4 year now. Again it may have been the result of hard shifting by a few. I don't hard / speed shift and have never had a problem.

Best I can do!

I rode in an new Arctic Cat in Sept, it was blue in color. While it is a good machine, it sure was very uncomfortable. The seats were hard as rock and fit poorly. We didn't do anything but go a short distance in a circle so no other review of the machine.

When we first heard the noise, we immediately stopped driving it...at first we thought it might be a linkage issue, but after further inspection looks like the sound/jolting is coming from the rear diff. Took a video below...
Anyone know what is creating the diff to skip/jump like this? We drained the diff oil and didn't look terrible, no metal.
Other info that may be useful:
      1400 miles on it
      Recently tightened the E brake
P.s. never posted on this forum before, let me know if the video does not work

      Hi everyone
Recently purchased a 2020 T-Boss 410 in what appears to be good condition
First time with this machine – I also have a diesel Kawasaki Mule which so far seems a better machine
It didn’t start and idle well particularly from cold when I got it and sudden take off ( now solved with new clutch parts ) was all or nothing !
I have replaced the idle valve, throttle position sensor, had the injector professionally checked ( ok) and also the pressure sensor this is a fuel injection engine, also plug and lead etc!
It still doesn’t run well and when starting I have to hold revs for a while as it wont idle but stall, thereafter its better and I have rebooted the ecu which has improved it
When I go to start it clicks as if there is a hydraulic lock and wont return after two or three attempts it then does turn over and start bit I need to give it a bit of throttle to start – is this normal ?
Is there adjustment for the air idle valve ?
The engine seems rough and with vibration compared to other engines I have been used to but some say this is normal?
I haven’t changed the Lambda sensor yet, anyone know how much difference this might make ( I have a new Bosch universal to fit )
Any advice very much appreciated, thanks

Howdy new member here . My hobby's Rabbit dogs , gamefowl . I'm retired from my real job but I stay busy with the hounds and gamefowl . So to help around the farm I ran across an old 2007 CC Big Country 4x2 to haul feed , water , sprayer and my sorry a$$ .It is in pretty good shape , 781 hrs. good plastic , tires, ect. . But as anything outside and 18 years old it needs seats ! The thing I have found wrong mechically the Diff. Lock Acturtor is broken where it mounts to the bracket ( partly why Im here ) . Hoping someone here can help  ! Just my wish list but Id like to find a roll cage and a composit/plastic top for it Im thinking I'll need a donor to salvage these things from ( again partly why Im here ) .Is there another brand that uses this same actuator? If anyone reads this and has or knows of any of threse parts PLEASE HOLLER !!
      Again Howdy brothers & sisters
