I have a 09 t4 that will not go into 4 wheel drive. I am taken apart the differential but can not figure out how to open the cluster gears!!! Any one can help I would appreciate it very much

I got it open all is good . When I put in 4x4 the you can turn the front axles but the drive line stays in place. Is this the norm on a Trooper. Iam a new owner and a little confused about this.

There are some past postings on here about the front diff, how it works and how the 4x4 engages. You will have to do a little searching. Most of the post were by Lenny. Do a search for front diff Lenny. He may even read this and post again or PM (Private Message) you. Kinarfi and a couple others may even chime in.

First go to Technical Articles above and look for Differential inspection. My first thought is that is is in the actuator. There is a collar that connects two gears together by sliding from all the way on one gear to half over each gear thus connecting them and engaging lockout. If this collar doesn't slide far enough to get over the second gear (it really wants to get half way over it), lockout won't engage. Likewise if the collar slides all the way onto the second gear, it's going too far and you won't be engaged here either. The pin that goes into the side of the diff controls this and its range of movement is adjustable under the dash and at the diff.

I own a K9 with 50hrs that has been in for repair more than once the farm.  Multitude of issues, trying to file lemon on it but interested in knowing if owners are organizing for a class action suit.  The dealer informs me there are “a lot of owners very unhappy with these”.
      Thanks

I was randomly and briefly able to connect to my Coleman UTV 400s ECU the other day twice and haven't been able to since.  When I was able to access it, I found the following codes and wondered if anyone may know where I should start or what I should look at?
P0031 - O2 Sensor Heater Control Voltage Low
P0107 - Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometer Pressure Voltage Low
P0113 - Intake Air Temperature Sensor Voltage High
P0118 - Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor Voltage High
P0650 - Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) failure

Hello, we recently got a 2013 Hisun 800 as a little project for my husband and I to work on. Turns out the guys before us loved the mud anyway. We have replaced the stator and now going to do the Rectifier but here is the hold up as seen in the picture. There are tons of wires going to the battery. I cant seem to find anything that shows what wires should, or shouldn't be attached to the battery or where these 2 plugs go. if someone would please take some pics or share knowledge to where they go I would appreciate it greatly.

I recently bought an axis 500 and it’s missing a box or something the plug is L shaped I’ve looked through the wiring diagrams and still can’t figure it out. The plug is located right near the battery housing

I have an Axis 500 4x4 UTV that I was given.  It looks like an almost new machine with 39 hrs on it however it was apparently under water from the hurricane . I have no spark at the plug. I have replaced the plug, the plug wire, & the stator so far. Can anyone advise me of what i need to check and or replace to get this thing running? Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
