i was on the phone with No Limits Powersports asking about buying a new Trooper T2 for my buddy...

i was told they were bought out and resumed buisness and also that the 1100cc Chery motor was built by

John Deere, and i could buy parts for the motor from my local John Deere dealer... has anyone else heard

this? is he full of it or truthful? i am asking because i am going to order the cams and rebuild the head and need a top end gasket kit....

I would think so. I beleive that Cheryt only makes one 1100cc engine and if John Deere is using their 1100cc then the parts should be idenical except for maybe some minor changes from year to year. Head gaskets, oil pumps, etc.should be the same. Just make sure you get clear confirmation from John Deere of the engine they are using.

Chery engines are made by Chery and used by many Off Road and On Road Vehicles. The JD engine is the Chery 812cc and is the same as the Joyner Renegades. JD followed Joyner after testing the engine out. JD has the Auto Trans and is down on power a bit from the Renegades Manual Trans set-up. It’s the fastest ever Gator but against Joyner it’s behind both the Trooper and Renegade.

Cheers Mike.

Spent today at a Honda dealership looking at their 520 side by side, then on the way home past our Lowes noticed they had several new UTVs on site, so we U-turned and ducked in there. We were impressed that all that came for $9,999 metal whole length skid plate, nice sized bed, roof, windshield, side mirrors, winch, upgrade looking tires… all of which would have added thousands of dollars to an already expensive Honda 520. Now Honda does have a great reputation from my trusted UTV experienced buddy, so it has that going for it.

      Hi Joyner Gang
New to the Joyner group. I'm making long travel for the 1100 Sand viper. I'm trying to make something that will work as well or even better than the RZR Rino etc. At this time the front has 14" travel rear has 16" of travel. Still developing the suspension. comets are welcome. Ask questions and I will get back to the Forum

Hi all. I am in dire need of some help. Through our university, we are competing in the Baja SAE competition. It is a collegiate engineering design competition to design and manufacture an off road dune buddy.
To cut to the chase, we were donated a 2011 Hisun HS 700 UTV, and we are using suspension and drivetrain parts off of it in our design. I am in the process of ordering new parts, but I am coming to a standstill.
Does anyone have any experience ordering parts for these machine?
From what I have found online, these machine were sold by Tractor Supply, along with a few different brands that share the same parts (Supermach, Coleman, Massimo, etc.)
Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi everybody. I just bought a 2012 Hisun with the 700cc engine. Was wondering where i could find a service manual for this thing?
Its going to need some parts that are missing, like the air intake hoses and other things. Also the dash display is out. the only light that works is neutral light. Not even sure on the model. from pics I've seen, it looks like an HS700. Kind of grey with the black stripes on the hood. Just hoping i can find parts for it.
Thank you for any advice you can give me. By the way, it does run and goes forward and reverse.
      Paul
