Hey guys so iv had my trooper for 2 days now haha and have been busy fixing issues with it. had to put a new alternator in it and iv been working on water proofing my fuse boxes. iv mounted the fuse box inside of the pelican case and then use silicone to seal up the holes that i made to feed the wires through the case. its taken a while to get this done as i am new with all of this. here are some pics of what its gonna be like. hope you guys like it, i highly recomend everyone does this and you will never have a problem with moisture. the pelican cases are rated for waterproof for 1 hour at a foot depth. if you are ever under water for more then an hour i feel like you will have bigger issues then a fuse box lol. oh and if your wondering what pelican case to get its model number is 1120. you cant use the rubber that is currently used under your fuse box already. i just used it for a template to drill the holes to mount the pelican case. im having issues uploading pics to here so ill try and make an album.

here is a link for pics of what i have done so far let me know what you think thanks.http://community.webshots.com/album/582496358OUBJHw

The computer is not sealed. I would take it's cover off and put it back on with silicone to seal it. All plug connections need to have die-electric greese put in them too.

I have  a bulldog i bought from home depot in 2013.  In the last season it started refusing to shift from neutral to either forward or reverse.  I changed the trans axle fluid and made sure the cables were lubricated and free.  With a lot of coaxing, I can sometimes get it to shift.  once I start driving it, things improve until I let it set awhile.   Any suggestion on where to go from here?

I want to ditch my Kubota RTV-XG850 and its moronic twitchy throttle design flaw, get rid of the problematic engine and the 40 mph purposely throttled speed.
So far, I'm looking at the Honda Pioneer 1000 and the Polaris Ranger 1000, both of which have 1000-1500 lb payload bed capacity.
What other makes and models should I be looking at?

      Thanks for the help!

      Hi
I have a 2022 hisun sector eps 550. 30amp fuse is blown for eps. Checked the motor and it’s fine. Opened up the controller and found a bad diode. Dealer wanted 500$ for the controller. Just posting this in case it helps someone. I couldn’t read numbers from the old one so just took a guess and replaced it with a 100v 3amp diode.

I recently purchased a Hisun E1 and the other day the charger stopped working properly. The LED on the dash blinks red & green and the light on the side of the charger also blinks red & green. The fan on the charger does not come on like it used to do. There is no error code that I can see. Does anyone have any suggestions to remedy this?

I had to remove the relay for the dump bed due to it popping the fuse for main key power. I have tried to find a short but nothing seems to out of normal. I also disconnected the dump motor and switch and still pops the fuse. Also, when the machine is warmed up i get about 5 to 10 of work out of before it stalls. Once I can get it to start again I have to use the choke to keep it running.
