New Trooper Performance Build

Recommended Posts

We have been doing motor rebuilding for Joyner customers from all parts of the country.

We just recived a Trooper from Chris/Jennifer they want monster performonce from thear Custom Trooper. It is one of the coolest Troopers that i have ever seen.Lennys is vary cool to.We are going to Dyno Stock motor and then start the build. We have worked out what we think is going to be a Monster

1)We are going to mill the head port, polish and match intake/exhaust manifolds. We are going to work on the combustion chambers.

2)We are going to deck the block, remove all rough castings and paint inner block for better flow of oil.

3)We are going to line bore the main bearing caps and match the bearings

4) We are going to bore the block .020 and use a set of out 9.5-1 forged pistons with Total seal rings filed to the proper gap.For no loss in compression

5)We are going to Supercharge motor With water alcohol injection so we can up the boost and still be reliable

6) We are also working on the rods first we will smooth the rough casting surface them cryogenic frozen

7)balance the crank radius the oil holes

8)oil cooler

10) custom forced induction camshafts

12) cometic headgasket

13) Stainless steel hoses

!4) We are going to modify intake manfold and throttle body

I got an old 2003 Arctic Cat 375 Auto, and just bought a 2008 AC 650 side by side. Got a new starter, solenoid, and battery for the 650. Gonna change the crankcase oil and filter while I'm at it.
Anything I oughta watch out for from them that's done the starter/solenoid on this model?
Don't have a manual yet for the 650. Any recommendations for oil weight/grade?
      Thanks.

Apparently, these are Hisun or at least they use Hisun engines. I can't find much info on them online yet.  Ran across a used one with just 100 miles on it as a very reasonable price.  Just curious.
Okay, more info...they are owned by Textron Corp who also owns Bell Helicopter, Cessna & Beechcraft aircraft, Ez-Go & Cushman and Arctic Cat and a bunch of other companies.
So are thy cheap Chinese crap machines or are they good to go?

I have an older Bristers Trailwagon model TW11 with a Honda engine. I am trying to find a replacement muffler for it. It is an unusual muffler tapped in the center instead of the end with the heat shield welded on to it. Does anyone know where I can find a new one?
