Rocmoc is correct. Anything you do will help but you are at risk until it is done properly. Gear alignment is a serious problem. If I can get enough people wanting to buy kits, I will build more. Last time, a lot of people said they wanted them but after I did a batch, only a few actually bought them. Took a lot longer to sell out then I expected. If I can get orders for 10 kits, I will go ahead and build another 40 kits. Let me know.

Lenny

Lenny,

I'm afraid i may have been one of those who said they would take one and didnt.I do need another for the front so if you want a deposit or full amount up front before you make a batch i will be happy to do that. That might be the best route to make sure you sell what you have to.Thank you,

If Charlie takes 2 and Rick 1, thats 3. No deposit but how about instead getting me the winning lottery ticket for the 1/2 billion $. Somebody and all there kids, future kids, grand children and great grand children are all going to become worthless contributors to life. Seems like we would do much better to give 10,000 people $50,000.00 each. Sorry but i'm not a fan of people having an excessive amount of money while other good people struggle.

Lets get a few more kit buyers going and I'll make some more.

Lenny, I will take two (f+r). Casey told me you stopped by JMC last week and he was very impressed with your trooper. Wish I could have seen it. Let me know when kits are ready and I will send $$ and fix my doffs!

I have two sitting and waiting for installation and will use them this off season. Lenny - my buddy has a Trooper now and will probably need 2 as well so I think if you make some up he will end up buying 2 as well.

Nothing like a group of enthusiasts banding together to support small business! Truely an example of the free market at work. Thanks for your support Lenny. BTW are you the one who sells/sold the steering box cover upgrade on Ebay?

I sell the steering upgrade too. A little retirement income helps against the crazy amount of money I have in my Trooper. Thanks for the support.

This is good new thanx to all that made it possible for Lenny to make more kits. Lenny I may want to do the steering upgrade as well, but I think we all agree that the diffs are most important

Thanx again.

On another note I took my wife and son out on the trooper this weekend we were on our way home and got pulled over by the police. I didnt have my license on me or anything, he ran my information found out I was a good guy then couldnt stop asking me ? about the trooper wanted to know were he could get one and have it serviced LOL

Where are you at Charlie? Please fill in a little more of your profile, at least the state so we know where you are talking about.

I'm interested in the kit ill take two if its not too late

I'll put you down for two kits. It's not too late. However I will be charging a little more for the kits on Ebay as my raw materials have gone up. But. anyone on here will still just be charged the $95 per kit including shipping. So far Charlie, Ricksrb, Plumber, Dirtydog, Bruhaw's Buddy possibly and Nocturnalsixer are all interested in getting kits. Materials are on order. I'll keep everyone informed.

I would really like to know what you guys think about this. I'll try not to ramble and make it as clear as I can.

I took this new job with companyX as a fiber splicer a year ago. I have a 45' bucket truck and 10or12 x 8 ft enclosed splice trailer I have to take home. Within the last 6 months all the management in the splice dept left. Now the power/construction management and higher ups are filling in. Just recently we were told travel to our 1st job is not payable even though we are in a company vehicle.
We are union so I asked the union business manager about this. His reply was be grateful you were paid travel as long as you were and that you don't have to drive your POV to the job.

Last week I had 50hr total. The job area is 4-4.5 hrs away. My time was reduced to 44.5 hrs since we were told this travel thing on Tuesday of that week. I wasn't hired for this area. I was hired for area a lot closer to home.

Pay is good. Work is not hard. Insurance is through the union and so far pretty good.
But I hate the thought of having to work extra just to make a 40hr paycheck. Anyone who has to drive as part of their job knows windshield time is not easy.

Anyway what do you guys think. Should I look for a different job or just suck it up because of the decent pay and health insurance.

This is rocmoc/Michael one of the first on this forum when the Joyner was one of the most active topics.  First an update of others.  The earlier members will also remember Lenny and Jeff.  With myself we organized the first Jamborees in 2009-2012.  Sadly if you have not heard we lost both Lenny and Jeff in 2018.    A great loss to the community.  Myself:  Still around but rolled over to Jeep and Arctic Cat Wildcat.  The Wildcat  design still remains me of my old 2008 Trooper.  Doing well as the Last Man Standing but cleaning out the garage.  Found some New and used Trooper parts I will list in the parts section.  Wanted to give you all a chance before I list on Ebay.  As many of you knew Lenny listed a lot of stuff on Ebay.  Will I partnered a lot of the stuff with him and I still have stuff.  Take care and I will check in for message should you want to ride.  Still make it to Utah every other year and am still in Southern AZ.

I have done a LiPo4 battery upgrade on my E1.  I have reprogrammed the charge profile to #386.  With the onboard BMS the controller cuts off all charge from the IC1200 when the battery reaches 100% to prevent overcharge.  When this happens the charger begins flashing the yellow light and displays the error code 013 which is telling me the battery is no longer accepting a charge input which is as it should be.  I hear a relay switching in and out every few seconds as the charger continues to try to reach the shutoff charge profile voltage.  My question is will it cause any harm to the IC1200 to stay in this state for hours or maybe even days if I don't get out to unplug it?  I used to leave the E1 plugged in all the time with the old Discover batteries.

My 2021 Odes Dominator 800 bogs down at 25mph and won’t go over that speed. I have changed the fuel pump and it still does the same, it runs and idles fine, it has great reverse speed, but it won’t accelerate past 25mph. Any Ideas?
