well i have it narrowed down to my fuel pump and rad fan that are keeping me from enjoying my trooper, when i turn the ignition all the way over to where the fan and pump are suppose to kick in they do not, but sometime will. i ended up running a direct line to the fan and fuel pump and they are working but it still will not fire. i took off the fuel rail system to see if the injectors were giving fuel but they were not. so is it something to do with the computer? i replaced all the relays too just to make sure but still no go. is it because the computer isnt sending a single to the injectors to give fuel? im not a mech but i am getting frustrated cause no one around here knows anything about these things. and everything i know is off of this forum witch has helped me with so many problems that i have fixed. i am hoping to be helped again. is there a way to wire it to make the computer send a signal to the injectors to give fuel? if that is even how it works?

Check to see if your getting power to the computer. I would use a multi meter to check the wire going into the computer. Can't tell you which computer terminal it is but Kinarfi probably can. I found that with my original computer that I had to ground the computer aluminum case itself or it wouldn't work. I know, go figure. Make sure the ignition switch is forwarding the 12v power to the computer. Some on here have had bad ignition switches. Trace the 12v from the battery to the ignition and on to see it is getting where it needs to be. Good luck.

2010 Hisun 500 - Carbed'.  She sat for about 3 weeks since last use.  Couldn't get it started.... has spark but plug was not wet.  Bought new plug, cleaned the carb, confirmed fuel pump (pulse type) is working.  Still nothing.  Put gas in the plug hole.... started right up and idled as normal and drove perfect.  Used it for the rest of the day without issue.  Tried to start again next morning.... same problem.  Poured gas in plug hole again.... started up and best kind again.
Anyone have any insight to what's going on?

hi everyone i have this 2021 Hisun forge 250 that won't start. no spark no fuel.   when i turn the key on i dont hear the relays click or fuel pump come on. it does have power but the relay doesnt ground the pump or the ignition coil. dont know if there are any safety switches on this model or not.  it does crank and all the accessories work. i  hot wired the pump and it does work.  i found a wiring diagram but it's very hard to figure out and was hoping someone has seen this before. all fuses are good. thanks in advance.

My 2021 Odes Dominator 800 bogs down at 25mph and won’t go over that speed. I have changed the fuel pump and it still does the same, it runs and idles fine, it has great reverse speed, but it won’t accelerate past 25mph. Any Ideas?

Hello, I have a 2013 500 utv hisun. Was running ok and cut out while parked. Bike will not start now. It turns over, but won't fire. I have no spark and no fuel. I replaced fuel pump, ignition coil, spark plug, cdi, voltage rectifier and all the fuses and relays. Could bad stater cause no fuel because I can't hear the fuel pump priming. Any info on where to start looking for problem.
