PM Kinarfi,

I have a 2008 T2, that I got as a project. I have been trying to read as many posts as i can to find answers to my problems. I think some of the things you have done will be of great interest to me, but I don't know how to get them.

How do i find you when i go to the above site (Webshots). I sign in, but don't know the next step.

Thanks, Charlie

PS, your electrical skills are truly amazing.

this is a PM I sent to Lugar32, just in case it may help someone else, he has an 08 that's missing it's fuse blocks and needs to replace them.

http://www.utvboard....15-fuse-blocks/have you looked at this? What supplies do you have? such as wire and fuse block and fuses and such? I suggest a piece of aluminum such as a 3" x 36" x 1/4" bar or channel for mounting your fuses on, I suppose they took you blinker flasher too. I also suggest, 12 each, IFR4095 P channel FETs, 5K 1/4W resistor,4-40 screw, washer, lock washer, nut, Transistor Rubber Washer TO-220, Insulation Bushing TO-220 and MAYBE 12 2N2222 NPN transistors and 12 1K 1/4watt resistors. Do you have a place to get this or do you need a list to send to an on line seller?

PS 1/4 watt or 1/8 watt or 1/10 watt resistors are ok, your choice

The conversion took about 350lbs. off the vehicle.  It never rode great, but now I feel every  crack in the road.  I have backed off spring compression nut to the point just under where they would move around if suspension was at full extension, but it is still very stiff.  I would like to put some softer coilover springs on it, but I have no idea what the spring rate is with the original springs so I would just be guessing on what to order.  Does anyone have the data for the original spring compression rate?  I am willing to give up a little ground clearance for a softer ride. Right now when sitting still the rear suspension is at or near full extension and the rear tires have several degrees of camber which will cause uneven wear if allowed to continue in this state.

Top speed is 30mph on flat grass ground.  but it will not go up minor hills forward or reverse without a runing start.  If you start at the bottom of the hill machine will stop about 1/2 way up.  I have the engine cover off and you can see the outside of the drive clutch will stop spining., and the engine does bogg down some.  Dosent matter if engine is cold or warmed up.  Seat belts are connected.  Fuel is clean
I am the 5th shop to look at it and different shops have replaced the fuel pump, injector, ign coil, wet clutch,
I am not sure how to check for codes with this machine,  can anyone teall me how to do it?

Compression with hot eng is 145,  valves adjusted to .005 with a cold engine.  Dash shows 426 hours
I am not convinced it's an engine problem

Apparently, these are Hisun or at least they use Hisun engines. I can't find much info on them online yet.  Ran across a used one with just 100 miles on it as a very reasonable price.  Just curious.
Okay, more info...they are owned by Textron Corp who also owns Bell Helicopter, Cessna & Beechcraft aircraft, Ez-Go & Cushman and Arctic Cat and a bunch of other companies.
So are thy cheap Chinese crap machines or are they good to go?

just an update on my MSU 500 . For all the misery it caused me the first 2 yrs, and the combination of some quality YAMAHA parts, it has now become a reliable ,useful UTV without the constant fear of having to push or tow it back from trails. I have not had a single issue pop up in a very long time.. FINALLY!....and as a side note, I just bought  a C FORCE 600 ATV to replace an old and well used  Honda that finally after 18 yrs gave up a rod bearing.  So far the new one has really impressed me .. I like the new Power Steering and  this CVT Auto Trans is new to me on an ATV .. I m used to constant shifting on my Hondas .  It also has something I have never seen. Its EBS  engine brake system, as soon as you let go of throttle, it engine brakes you to a stop rather quickly.. its great idea for the grandkids safety . Takes a little getting used to tho.. All in all, I like it. We shall see how durable it is after break-in.. I do "RIDE" them! .....and they honor their warrenty! and the dealer is 15 minutes away..
