Hey everybody,

I hate lifting the driver seat up to access the storage area under the driver seat on trooper so i was wondering if anyone had made that tray into a drawer sliding tray instead or something else easier to access?

That is exactly what we are discussing for the redesign of the Trooper....we don't like it either....specially now that it is "bolted" in place.

I just kept it simple bought a rubber made latch able square container from Walmart bolted to the platform above engine it's Awsome everything in it stays dr 28$ can't beet it

I liked what Charlie and Kinarfi did...but i have a box in back for big stuff and i would like to keep small stuff around floor inside a drawer under drivers seat i think ill design something to work under there.also a box under front hood like kinarfi. There's no such as thing as too much storage space i think LOL!

Mainly in the brainstorming stage, but here is what we have discussed....

1-Approx 400-500lbs lighter...using various modifications

2-Relocate the Radiator to the Front

3-New Storage opening in front of the Box under the seats

4-Acheive 14-16 inches of Travel in the Front and Rear

5-Lowering the cage

6-Stripper Pole attachment

7-Disco Light

We are going after the 1000cc and larger UTV/ROV market with the Trooper....

Other Things being discussed......

1100cc Renegade 2 and 4 Seater

400cc-500cc Sand Viper

Keep in mind, these are all just idea's....if you have any input...please email [email protected]

Sounds like ill have to start saving up like RIGHT NOW!!! Also the model coming with the pole on #6...will we get to choose our own models complete with choices for hair style and color and all that details

      We have a 2018 Cub Cadet Challenger 400 and I found this Internally Threaded Bolt with a 10mm head size laying in the floor of the shop bay here on our ranch where we park the Cub Cadet.

      The conversion took about 350lbs. off the vehicle.  It never rode great, but now I feel every  crack in the road.  I have backed off spring compression nut to the point just under where they would move around if suspension was at full extension, but it is still very stiff.  I would like to put some softer coilover springs on it, but I have no idea what the spring rate is with the original springs so I would just be guessing on what to order.  Does anyone have the data for the original spring compression rate?  I am willing to give up a little ground clearance for a softer ride. Right now when sitting still the rear suspension is at or near full extension and the rear tires have several degrees of camber which will cause uneven wear if allowed to continue in this state.

      Recently I had an overheating issue on my 2022 Coleman Outfitter 550 (Hisun UT550) and to check to make sure it was fixed I took it out for a ride around the block. After a couple cycles on the LED coolant meter, I took it for a couple mile ride and on my way back I heard a loud metallic snap then a grinding noise. It was still able to move under its own power but very slowly. I was about 2 blocks from the truck so 'I limped it home and up onto the trailer. I know I need to tear it apart and look for what broke, but anyone have a guess as to where to start? I'm seriously getting tired of this damn machine! 750 miles on it and already replaced the belt, wet clutch, primary clutch, clutch roller weights among a few other things. Seriously, this friggin machine has spent more time on the lift than on the road. I thought I bought this new because it was from the owner of a tractor supply, but he registered it under the stores name making me the 2nd owner voiding any and all warranties.
      Any Ideas what to look for would be appreciated.
