Mine is 09 with roughly 2000 miles on it...i have broke a rear swing arm,

1200 miles the fusebox went bad and kept blowing fuse to ecm.

Now 2000 miles...both my front wheels toe out especially badly on passenger side when steering wheel is straight passenger side wheel points out and away from trooper. I haven't looked into why that's happening.

I haven't gone under the trooper to look for any cracks since it's pretty much coated with dirt and mud and gravel dust under the trooper lol *knocks on wood*

2500 miles mines 09 no major problems yet. dedub. turbo going on as we speak.

I want/NEED turbo but funds don't don't allow for that right now, the outlaw 2 are 50 lb each and i can't drive in 4th gear that well or get past 45/50 mph

Really i thought 7psi would be good boost with extra power....what size turbo are you using?

13,417.9 kilometers and I have been working on it continually, but not necessarily because it needs, I just enjoy doing it and I don't have anything else to do with my time, can't work, so it is something to keep me sane, sort of.

We see a lot of the UT400 with shift problems, not going into gear, popping out of gear, grinding etc. There  is a bulletin Im sure everyone has saw about adjusting shift cable.  That dont always fix it.  I went round n round with coleman  on couple units. We are a Coleman warranty repair center"AFS Small Engine Repair "   I told them shift lever does not have enough travel .  No amount of cable adjustment  will increase travel . I  extended lever with piece on flat  iron by 3/4 of inch .  This gave shifter enough travel to properly engage into gear completely .  Last couple units to come in for this Coleman sent me a modified shift lever, with longer travel . Problem solved! Also , heads up if you get any new unit ,,,go over and check it out,  grease  all zerks, check air filter for being in backwards, check wiring harnesses for rubbing on rotating parts,  brake hose  routing , make sure not touching exhaust .  These are just  few of the more common failures I see .

I have  a bulldog i bought from home depot in 2013.  In the last season it started refusing to shift from neutral to either forward or reverse.  I changed the trans axle fluid and made sure the cables were lubricated and free.  With a lot of coaxing, I can sometimes get it to shift.  once I start driving it, things improve until I let it set awhile.   Any suggestion on where to go from here?

      Hi everyone
Recently purchased a 2020 T-Boss 410 in what appears to be good condition
First time with this machine – I also have a diesel Kawasaki Mule which so far seems a better machine
It didn’t start and idle well particularly from cold when I got it and sudden take off ( now solved with new clutch parts ) was all or nothing !
I have replaced the idle valve, throttle position sensor, had the injector professionally checked ( ok) and also the pressure sensor this is a fuel injection engine, also plug and lead etc!
It still doesn’t run well and when starting I have to hold revs for a while as it wont idle but stall, thereafter its better and I have rebooted the ecu which has improved it
When I go to start it clicks as if there is a hydraulic lock and wont turn but after two or three attempts it then does turn over and start but I need to give it a bit of throttle to start – is this normal ?
Is there adjustment for the air idle valve ?
The engine seems rough and with vibration compared to other engines I have been used to but some say this is normal?
      I haven’t changed the Lambda
sensor yet, anyone know how much difference this might make ( I have a new Bosch universal to fit )
I believe the T Boss was worked on by the previous owner
Any advice very much appreciated, thanks

      Hi All,
New here, but bought a 2022 Sector 750 brand new last march (old stock up here in Canada)
It's a good bike so far, but I have noticed a quirk and was wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue?

The issue I've had is if I leave the utv parked on any incline, not even a major incline, and leave it to sit for a while (day or two) it will not start properly. It will turn over and not fire until I press the gas pedal, when it will run and rev up, but if I let off the gas it will die. It will keep doing this until I either start it in gear and drive it for a bit or leave it in neutral and roll it down the hill to flatter ground. where it will have to sit for a while.
If I park it on a decline there is no issue. fuel is not low, it's occurred a couple times now.

Any thoughts on the cause of this? Dealership just says bring it in and let them take a look, at my expense of course.
