4x4 switch

a lot of people don't like the electric set up for 4x4, if you get to it soon enough and seal it real good, the work fine.IMHO, if you don't, moisture gets in and eats up a copper trace or two and shuts it down, I had to repair mine and then I sealed it and no problems for the last year or 2. There were some pictures of the circuit board, but the website that has them is shutting down in Nov. so they should still be there, If you want, you can send it to me and if I can fix it, I will, mostly just for the cost of parts & postage and if it's shot, I'll tell you.

I thought that when they failed, they defaulted into 4x4, do you hear it operate when you push the button?

The default part is in the differential itself. The pin that moves the engagement ring is spring loaded to put it into 4x4 when the pin is releassd. The problem is that unless the electric engager quits working when in 4x4, it could still be holding the pin, preventing the spring from doing its job. If thats the case you would have to remove the electric engager before it would default into 4x4.

starts up you have keep rpms up for 5 minutes till it warms up then runs fine. But if it stalls wont start unless you unplug fuel pump and hold it to the floor till it starts then plug pump back in and run it till it warms up then it is fine all day.

When we first heard the noise, we immediately stopped driving it...at first we thought it might be a linkage issue, but after further inspection looks like the sound/jolting is coming from the rear diff. Took a video below...
Anyone know what is creating the diff to skip/jump like this? We drained the diff oil and didn't look terrible, no metal.
Other info that may be useful:
      1400 miles on it
      Recently tightened the E brake
P.s. never posted on this forum before, let me know if the video does not work

2022 Axis 700 overheating. We bled system several times, no luck yet. Weird thing is Radiator isn't getting hot and air coming into overflow jug. Doesnt seem like its moving water. Fan working fine, even wired it to turn on by switch. Only has 100 miles or so, just baffled. I am going to try bleeding more and see what happens. I did the head gasket test for fumes in the antifreeze, that was neg so far... Thanks

I got an old 2003 Arctic Cat 375 Auto, and just bought a 2008 AC 650 side by side. Got a new starter, solenoid, and battery for the 650. Gonna change the crankcase oil and filter while I'm at it.
Anything I oughta watch out for from them that's done the starter/solenoid on this model?
Don't have a manual yet for the 650. Any recommendations for oil weight/grade?
      Thanks.
