I never installed the radiator because I'm not sure how to get around the different hoses sizes and how to Mount it yet but i do know i would want to fabricate upper Mount and modify the lower Mount and have rubber between the mount and radiator so the vibration wouldn't crack the radiator...

I did a larger radiator and fan also for running in the desert. I have a few pics under my gallery. I had to make a few mods to install, but since that point I have eliminated the overheating issues even when it is over 100 outside.

Hey I have heard of them. Coal creek is nice very large riding area and if you like rocks there easy to find. Nice camp ground. Fishers atv had the park on the show this week.

I looked up your photos.. very interesting so you welded bracket on the radiator for bottom stock location and remove the top stock bracket then made new bracket welded to the radiator to bolt the radiator over to where old stock bracket rod bolts on to on the roll cage?

What did you do about the different hose sizes?

Finally able to work on the diff. Took it apart and found the up grade wasn't done. It appears when I sent the old diff in they installed the same soft bolts which were in it. The shop here sent the diff to a Joyner dealer in AZ don't know which one. I have limited experience with this so any help would be great on how to get the diff apart and fix it. I have the side case off and found the bolts on that side sheared, no damage so far.

For doing yourself, order some grade 12 bolts from McMaster Carr http://www.mcmaster.com/#96144a227/=bufcy2

and grind the heads down to get the clearance needed, these are fine thread and I believe in having the shank type because that is where the two pieces meet and try to shear the bolts. I think this is the correct size, but not sure.

do a search for mcmaster and you'll see where I have suggested the earlier.

Looking for information on installing a OBD port or a lite to read codes in ECM.
I can not find a OBD port or a lite to read codes on this R2 with 800cc.
I have code readers and adapters for most ATV's. From what I've found so far. They don't have a connection for to read codes. I may be wrong. That's why I'm asking.
This R2 has had new IAC, TPS, MAP, fuel pressure regulator and fuel pump replaced. This was done by neighbor to try to stop surging. It still surges on start up and then settles down. But once you hit the accelerator it revs up to 2000+ rpm and stays till you block off IAC port in throttle body with finger. Once you do that it once again settles down and idles perfectly.
I want to know what the ECM is reading to help dio it.
This joyner is the first one I've run across. Well second one in a week. (my neighbors 2 of them) The other was a trooper with the 1100cc chery motor that had been setting for years. After cleaning up the fuse box connections. It runs like a top. Had to replace all gages with aftermarket gages. Water, oil, gas, amp. Only problem one was the water temp using original sending unit. Had to install 150 ohm resistor on the input wire to get it to read correctly + - 5 degrees. Close enough. Gas sending unit was/is for a boat tank 6" tall. All SS so it should last forever.
      thanks Dan D. aka staind

Does Anyone by chance have a owners manual and a shop manual for a 2007 800cc trooper. I just bought one and need to figure out where and how to engage and disengage the 4 wheel drive. Is it electronic or is there a hidden lever. PLEASE HELP
