When I'm riding and coming to a stop I push in the clutch my rpm stays up until I let out on the clutch a little then my rpm goes down and everything is ok is my throttle cable sticking ?

It seem to be the cable my trooper does the same thing i unplugged iac it still do that sometimes. When it sticks i would reach behind me and shut the throttle body by hand.. i have intake that is built by goindeep

I use an extra spring on my throttle.

I'm guessing you use a spring on front of throttle body to pull it closed? One end of spring on throttle body linkage ,Where do you put one end of spring?

Just any way that works. Mine is different so what I'm doing doesn't matter. Make sure that the spring doesn't pull over center so as to want to hold the throttle open when wide open.

Kinarfi that's an interesting idea i never seen that way before. Lenny that's good idea and i forgot yours was supercharged so different locations. You are right i would want to try have it pull from closed side to keep it from going over center

      So I've got a 2022 Axis 500 UTV with only 50 miles on the odometer. It seems to have a strange grinding/squeeling noise coming from the clutch when decelerating or going down hill at lower speeds. Did some research, and found out this is apparently a fairly common thing. Alot of sources suggest the one way bearing is responsible. I'm hearing about quite a few horror stories about these bearings going bad on practically new machines, and when they replace the bearing it goes bad again shortly after.
      Has anyone come up with a solid fix for this? I've read it may be possible to run the UTV without the bearing at all, is that true? Are the $20 replacement bearings from eBay and Amazon complete garbage, and is there a better one way bearing out there that's built stronger? Is there something else causing this bearing to wear out faster, or is the stock bearing complete junk?
      Any input is appreciated, thanks in advance!

      Recently I had an overheating issue on my 2022 Coleman Outfitter 550 (Hisun UT550) and to check to make sure it was fixed I took it out for a ride around the block. After a couple cycles on the LED coolant meter, I took it for a couple mile ride and on my way back I heard a loud metallic snap then a grinding noise. It was still able to move under its own power but very slowly. I was about 2 blocks from the truck so 'I limped it home and up onto the trailer. I know I need to tear it apart and look for what broke, but anyone have a guess as to where to start? I'm seriously getting tired of this damn machine! 750 miles on it and already replaced the belt, wet clutch, primary clutch, clutch roller weights among a few other things. Seriously, this friggin machine has spent more time on the lift than on the road. I thought I bought this new because it was from the owner of a tractor supply, but he registered it under the stores name making me the 2nd owner voiding any and all warranties.
      Any Ideas what to look for would be appreciated.

      When traveling in the 40 mph range and throttle is released machine starts surging instead of a gradual slow down any help would be appreciated as dealer is clueless
