I lost my rear locker and finally decided to see why after getting hung up on some rocks yesterday that I'm sure I could have made if past if the lock was working, I don't know if you are aware of how easy it is to open your rear differential, so i decided to post a few pics,

to do this, you need to pop both CVs and the locker bracket, drain the oil, pull the screws and to pop the cover off, replace the drain plug and blow air into the vent tube, KEEP YOUR HANDS OUT - DON'T TRY CATCHING IT WHEN IT POPS - IMHO

I didn't really find anything wrong, except for maybe I had the cable really out of adjustment, but I did find that I was missing a snap ring and some aluminum filings, so I plan to wash it with diesel and put it back together, I take these photos for my own references and because sometimes it's just easier to look and a photo than to get my head in there to look at it. I'll probably add a few more photos, so stop back in later.

Got it all back together and everything is fine, locks up and unlocks like it should, I will add one or two more photo of some polyurethane foam that I put between the diff and the CV to keep dirt, dust and mud from getting into the splines and the seals.

Hey everyone – my name is Adam and I’m doing some market research to better understand the ATV / UTV community. I'm especially interested in hearing about:
What you use your vehicle for (work, play, etc.)
      What you love about it
      What frustrates you
What the overall experience of riding has been like
If you're open to hopping on a casual 30-minute Zoom or phone call sometime this week or next, I’ll send you a $100 gift card as a thank-you.
No sales, no pitches—just listening and learning. I'd also just ask that you send over a photo of you and your side-by-side in action (nothing formal—trail pics or selfies are totally fine!).
If you're down to chat, drop a comment or DM me and we’ll find a time that works. Would really appreciate the chance to learn from you 🙏
      Thanks!

      Hi
I have a 2022 hisun sector eps 550. 30amp fuse is blown for eps. Checked the motor and it’s fine. Opened up the controller and found a bad diode. Dealer wanted 500$ for the controller. Just posting this in case it helps someone. I couldn’t read numbers from the old one so just took a guess and replaced it with a 100v 3amp diode.

I saw that Intimidator is offering a $7k rebate on all their UTVs. This looks like an amazing deal. Are their UTVs any good? I looked through the forums and there appears to have been some problems in the 21-23 timeframe? Does anyone know why in the world they would be offering such a steep discount?

I recently purchased a Hisun E1 and the other day the charger stopped working properly. The LED on the dash blinks red & green and the light on the side of the charger also blinks red & green. The fan on the charger does not come on like it used to do. There is no error code that I can see. Does anyone have any suggestions to remedy this?

I had to remove the relay for the dump bed due to it popping the fuse for main key power. I have tried to find a short but nothing seems to out of normal. I also disconnected the dump motor and switch and still pops the fuse. Also, when the machine is warmed up i get about 5 to 10 of work out of before it stalls. Once I can get it to start again I have to use the choke to keep it running.
