Hey Charlie!

Anyways the tubing size that is on mine doesnt any regular pipe that we could find. I can get you a tubing diameter tomorrow off mine. Maybe DOM might be correct sizing. Its fairly hard to get ahold of where I am located.

I don't think its 1.50, but very close. I believe it is a metric size to be exact, but very close to 1.50". I think the wall diameter is close to .065...pretty thin.

hell yeah its pretty thin it dont take a big hammer to dent it at all i m wanting to do some cage mods to mine to a couple cross braces or hell maybe just rebuild the whole damn thing does any one have and good suggestion on the pipe diameter to use and the wall thickness ....

I will get measurements on the size I am using. It is some tube I had laying around for awhile and I don't want to give you a guess. The OD is 1 3/4 and sleeves perfectly over the stock tube. It is somewhere between .95 & .110 wall. I can tell you 1 3/4 .120 won't slide over without grinding. I am going to weld it at the tube connectors then rosett weld it a few times down the length of the tube.

i need to completely weld ... or just rebuild my cage i m happy with the power and performance but the structure of the cage is sad i want it to be rock solid..... granted the roll over angle is amazing i ve been able to touch the ground on more the one occasion but my wife ride s with me some time and i need it to be concrete and solid

has anyone lowered the stock rollcage on the T2 I am 5'10" was thinking lowering it 3-4" and then taking the flip up part off the back mounting the plastic board to the chassis and then welding two tubes from the drivers cage to the back of the T2

I have a Joyner Trooper 1100 4 place that has been sitting for a number of years. I have everything taken care of but i can't get the fuel through the injectors. Fuel pump puts full pressure on them but they don't turn on or spray fuel. Any ideas?

Hi everybody. I just bought a 2012 Hisun with the 700cc engine. Was wondering where i could find a service manual for this thing?
Its going to need some parts that are missing, like the air intake hoses and other things. Also the dash display is out. the only light that works is neutral light. Not even sure on the model. from pics I've seen, it looks like an HS700. Kind of grey with the black stripes on the hood. Just hoping i can find parts for it.
Thank you for any advice you can give me. By the way, it does run and goes forward and reverse.

I could really use some help identifying some disconnected components on a Yard Sport YS400. The first part is this pipe, which comes out of the exhaust port area or the cylinder. It looks like it had a piece of rubber hose on it, but the hose is gone, and I have no idea what it was previously connected to.

The second item is this vacuum valve looking thing.  Again only one line is still attached.  What is it's function and what other lines should be connected to it?

The last thing is this hose, which exits the side top of the fuel tank (not the fuel line hose) but is not connected to anything

Any help the community could provide would be greatly appreciated.  This UTV belongs to a friend, and I am trying to help him get it running correctly for his kids.

I've had a battery failure and need one replacement.  The local distributor told me it might take up to four weeks to get one.  I'd like to order one in sooner than that if possible.  Any help would be appreciated.
