power wire??

hey any of you guys ever get a break in your power wire to the battery switch??? What I got is I put a new starter in and went to fire it off and had nothing. So I checked the fuses all dead no fans kicking on no power to my lights nothing. So i check the battery switch no power at earthier side so I put a jumper wire from one side of the battery switch to the battery and turned the battery switch on and everything was normal and rechecked fuses everything normal just wondered if any one seen this

Fixed the wire I was a dummy when I put in the new starter I didn't hook one of the wires back up. But on another not does any one have to give there trooper little gas when first starting after its started np been sitting since December I'm gonna drain gas put some fresh stuff in

have had many that need "just a touch" of throttle on start up...as long as it idles well after that,I wouldnt worry...if idles poorly/stalls as well..look at replacing the IAC (idle air control)

So far seems after its started there's no issue but I havnt driven it yet just record it up and let idle thank u
