Have owned my Trooper T2 for over 3yrs now & haven't had much trouble! Went riding last weekend, everything ran fine, went to bed & when I woke-up the next morning it refused to start:-( Fuel Pump is working, Plugs are good, all Lights, Fan, & Winch work, just won't fire-up!

Checked all fuses & relays & they are fine as well!

Any ideas what I could be causing this?

I've been checking every wire, fuse, & other connection trying to find the problem. It definitely seems like an electrical problem:-(

Will it start if you push it, & if so, will it start up after it warms up and keep starting until it cools way down? This, IMHO, indicates that your compression is down.

It won't push start. The Starter is running as it should & Fuel Pump is working. Pressure is within normal range. It seems like it's not getting fire, but I checked all the Plugs, which are less than 3 months old, & they were fine!

Well...it was alive:-/ Started 3-4 times & purred like a noisy kitten & then right back to the same crap:-( I'm totally confused?

Hey Im having the same problem on my rig. I just rebuild my engine from the head gasket up and it ran fine the day I finished putting it back together. But it's been a week since It started last and it won't run at all. In thinking we may have the same problem. Any thoughts? Did you get your rig running again?

Wiggle, unplug and replug every connector, sounds like something may be loose, even thing that are plugged properly don't make good connection after some time and need to be separated and rejoined to clean the contact surface and make good connection. This includes relays and fuses. As you pull relays, look at the blades to see if there is any discoloring or signs of heat and look at the socket where the relay plugs into.

I actually just got it running last night. The MAS was super packed with dirt and grease from before I did my rebuild and my cam positioning sensor had grease all over it. Then I just bumped up my fuel pressure and hooked it up to my truck since I have a dead battery and she started right up. But thank you very much for all your help. Reading this forum and a few others helped me find my problem.

I have a 2018 cub cadet challenger 750 I bought brand new almost 2 years ago the first month I had it the exhaust broke and burnt the spark plug wire in two that was a recall so the dealership installed the new one it had a different design and it bolted up to the bottom two plugs below the spark plug the dealership said they had to Adjust the exhaust valves I get the machine back thanking everything is good now wrong not even a week after I get it back the timing chain tensioner comes apart inside the motor I take it back to the dealership They put one on I get the machine back thanking everything is good but then just like before not even a week goes by when I was riding the Machine automatically quits going come to find out the wet clutch was burned up the primary clutch head stripped off of the splines I get that fixed and then  it overheats I take it back they bleed the air out of the coolant they bring it back to me the same day that I get it back it overheats again I take it back they temporarily fix it again just enough to let the warranty run out and now the machine has been to multiple different mechanics I have had them try to bleed the air out they have stood it up on its end I have had the water pump changed I have had the fan hooked to a switch so I could leave it on all the time but still almost 2 years later not even 200 hours on the machine and I cannot ride it The dealership will not take it back as a lemon I have tried I am at my wits end I have no clue what to try next

      Hi
I have a 2022 hisun sector eps 550. 30amp fuse is blown for eps. Checked the motor and it’s fine. Opened up the controller and found a bad diode. Dealer wanted 500$ for the controller. Just posting this in case it helps someone. I couldn’t read numbers from the old one so just took a guess and replaced it with a 100v 3amp diode.
