2007 Joyner 650 Sand Spider, has carburetor leak out of intake after sitting for a long time, I was going to take it off the intake manifold, but found that nuts are real hard to get to, started to think I need to remove it with the intake manifold, but not sure about the gaskets, I do not have any, so this may turn into a problem I don't want, but the gas is just pouring out as fast as the fuel pump can pump it, I was hoping it would stop after a while, as if maybe the float was stuck, and that gas flow would free it up, but no such luck today, maybe tomorrow I will try it again, so my question is has anyone deal with this issue, and is there an easier way to fix this?

Should I buy a gasket kit before starting this, do I take the carb apart and clean it, if so will I need a kit to put it back together?

Not sure what carb is on here, besides the stock one, I have no manual that tells me what it is, XIANGLI UU276M CSHI0E GO4 is all I can find on it, and the letters are real funky, like they were written by hand with an electric scribe.

Thanks

Do they make a kit for it, this unit has very low hours, and its just gummed up, I will take it apart to see if I can clean it, but I need to know about the availability of gaskets, and do I take it off the intake manifold, or pull the intake manifold, which seems to be a lot easier.

I do not have the money to buy a new Carb, a $150 would take a year to save up, I am a Disabled Gulf War Vet living off Disability, I just want this to get around my property, and go down to the river near by.

Update: I thought if I just let the fuel keep flowing it would stop, and it did, just to let anyone else with this problem know, I just removed the filter, and put a bucket for it to run in, and eventually it stopped.

I would really like to know what you guys think about this. I'll try not to ramble and make it as clear as I can.

I took this new job with companyX as a fiber splicer a year ago. I have a 45' bucket truck and 10or12 x 8 ft enclosed splice trailer I have to take home. Within the last 6 months all the management in the splice dept left. Now the power/construction management and higher ups are filling in. Just recently we were told travel to our 1st job is not payable even though we are in a company vehicle.
We are union so I asked the union business manager about this. His reply was be grateful you were paid travel as long as you were and that you don't have to drive your POV to the job.

Last week I had 50hr total. The job area is 4-4.5 hrs away. My time was reduced to 44.5 hrs since we were told this travel thing on Tuesday of that week. I wasn't hired for this area. I was hired for area a lot closer to home.

Pay is good. Work is not hard. Insurance is through the union and so far pretty good.
But I hate the thought of having to work extra just to make a 40hr paycheck. Anyone who has to drive as part of their job knows windshield time is not easy.

Anyway what do you guys think. Should I look for a different job or just suck it up because of the decent pay and health insurance.

Does Anyone by chance have a owners manual and a shop manual for a 2007 800cc trooper. I just bought one and need to figure out where and how to engage and disengage the 4 wheel drive. Is it electronic or is there a hidden lever. PLEASE HELP

Hello everyone! I am new here and have no experience with UTVs but I am quickly getting some. I have a shifting problem where I can shift through all gears without the engine running but as soon as I start the engine I can not select a gear. Yes, foot is on the brake and yes the pin is being pulled to go into reverse if I was to try going into reverse. The shift lever does not move. I adjusted the linkage to get more accurate shifting with the engine off so I know those are now correct. I opened the shift lever housing to inspect the teeth on the gear and found this picture below. Why is this oil so milky looking? I assume with oil like this I'll need to replace the wet clutch as well but am not positive. Does anyone have any input into how to flush this system and get things shifting correctly? Thanks in advance for all the help!

Hi everyone. I am new here to the forum and am excited to learn from all of you with more experience than me with UTVs. Our Axis750 we use on the hobby farm started to have some issues going into gear. Yes, foot is on the brake and completely stopped as required with these machines. I thought it was the linkage and adjusted it to where it is accurately shifting with the engine off and key in the on position. I start the engine and it won't shift gears (yes foot is on the brake). I thought maybe it was the shift lever teeth so I opened the assembly and this picture shows what I just found. I assume this means the wet clutch would need replaced too while draining and flushing the oil. What else should I consider or be looking at? Any idea what could cause this? I don't see visible leaks or cracks in the system anywhere. Thanks in advance for the help!
