Massimo coolant light blinking what does that mean?

How do I fix this I added fluid change the sensors and changed the thermostat. And the fan works.

You've probably got air in the cooling system. I don't know if there's any information on the website about how to bleed the air out of the system. There's a bleeder screw somewhere on the engine near the thermostat that needs to be removed while adding coolant. Another way is to elevate the front end to make any trapped air come to the radiator. You may want to do a search here on this site, or the Internet.

The cap gets hot but the radiator stays pretty cool

If radiator is not hot on 1 side, water is not circulating..air in system or bad pump
