Good day I am helping my grandfather with his mule. He had it in a river and it has not worked right since.

-first we drained all the fulids and replaced with new.

-disconnected all connectors and cleaned and dried

-once we got everything dried out we got it running but very rough

- a friend has a similar model so we tried a few sensors, switched cpu and in the end found out that the throttle body was giving use problem and after talking to the dealer they said that it had to be replaced

- we replaced the throttle body and now we have a different issue

to start we have to give it a little gas(just touch the gas peddle) but

once started it idles very high and stays high, if we give it more gas it loses all power but continues to run.

have tried to adjust the idle but stalls as soon as you lower the idle

it is idling too high to shift into gear as well

pulled off the fuel line and the pump seems to be pushing lots of fuel so i don't think it is the pump( but i have not ruled it out completely)

I have been given a few ideas such as

-the air temp sensor( not to sure about that but if i short out the connector this should bypass the sensor right?)

-I have been told to test the injectors ( what pattern should i look for I am thinking circular but want to confirm)

-I have been told to re-seat the valves( not sure how this would cause it to idle high)

any help is much appreciated thank you

      Hello All...
Just bought a 2014 Massimo 500 UTV.  It;s not running at the moment, but hopefully will soon.  I need a seat for it also (passenger side, if it makes any difference.)  It is a crank-but no start situation.  Just now starting to read the boards for solutions.  Apparently these models are well known for this issue.  If anyone has any suggestions, please feel free to chime in, it would be greatly appreciated.
      Thanks

I have a Coleman HS400UTV-5 got it manly for hunting and spending time with the grandkids
The one problem I am trying to avoid. My son borrowed it last summer and said it ran hot so he added water to it . I do not know how much he put in so I would like to drain most of it and add new coolant to protect it this winter. I can find no drain cock or any way of draining it besides loosening a hose.  Any suggestions ????

I have a Coleman Outfitter 550 purchased in January 2022 that runs and operates pretty well.  65 hours on it so far.   It is a work vehicle for my 10 hilly acres with two 1 acre woods and 5 acres of "lawn".  The rest is under a lake.
My parking brake does not seem to have any grip.  It worked when new but after a month or so, it is just almost useless.     I press the parking brake pedal hard until it stops. Still, it won't hold even on slight inclines.   I don't see the caliper move as I press the brake pedal down.  There seems to be plenty of pad left on it and the rotor is shiny as if it is rubbing a little when applied, but not enough to stop it from rolling.
      Any thoughts on possible causes?

Greetings everyone! I'm a new member here and looking for aftermarket mods available for my UTV. I've got a Kioti K9 2400 cab. It's a 24hp diesel. The cab model has factory heat and A/C. It's very similar to the Kubota. Any suggestions for aftermarket parts would be appreciated.
      Cheers
