My limit is as well 6200. Absolute Top speed was 155km/h = 96mph on a long highway road with 5% slope. RPM were about 5500 in 5th gear.
I drive 215/40R17.

You don't need more rpm. You need smaller and lighter rims.

I'm now running hurricane 14" rims
and bighorn 2.0. 27" tires .
When I was running the 30" was hard on everything including belt especially in 1 foot of snow

Your final reduction is to large, that'd one reason - and offroad-tyres are also not useful for high speeds.

Yes you are correct the 30s were just wrong ! I run the off road tires because in Manitoba I'm not street legal and can only go off road

If you got the same 1100 - i could prepare a set for you. About price, i need to calculate what time i need to weld them, material etc.

Also shipment is an issue, i need to think about.
